I am thinking how much this Justification valid. The company policy was such that Katha had to lie about her marital status. Surely 1 cr is huge amount. But did it give right to Viaan to ask for ONS to his employee instead of knowing reason.

Let's say a girl is roaming alone at midnight, wearing short skirt and little drunk and book cab. Cab driver thought such girl are loose character and it is OK to wrongly touch her and kiss her. How much this justifications goes.

I just hope it isn't a justification. Because there is just no justification and makers are aware of this that's why, at any point, they didn't whitewash what he did. But, don't know how will they cover the progress of 200 episodes in one episode in one standoff.

Either it will go along the way, the person Viaan is now, is not the same person she met in that hotel room. Or it can go along the lines, she was the one wronged so, Viaan is answerable to her only and, she acknowledges what he did is a sin, but, he redeemed himself.

The way they execute this will be detrimental to this show's moral grounds. Already, many people are mad over this.

POV difference is here, I think he asked for that night because he was already in love and when she asked for money that made him go haywire.

Let's say it is first time for cab driver who just come out of village for the job and not aware of big cities culture.

Let's say instead of cab driver, it was girl male friend who is in love with her. Now he got a chance to touch her and kiss her as he think she is modern girl and it is OK for her.

I don't even put Viaan Kathas situation with such type thing.

Viaan never harassed Katha, they are adult, they agreed on something mutually, did with damn consent. I don't care about emotional consent, because no one keep emotion on one night stand. Period.

So you mean asking for ONS by boss at workplace don't consider as harassment. If girl is OK then enjoy otherwise girl can reject peacefully and work.

Justification is already made by makers by Katha dialog. Aarav life is saved by the hand of Viaan. So it is the result of destiny. Now the only thing that to be blamed is Destiny.

Moreover they are in love. So it is destiny cruel play that it want to bring two person together by this way. So the only one to be blamed is God or Destiny. There is no fault of Viaan.

Half of the twitter is already mad at this. Although this is the harsh truth but, it is indeed true. But, they should remove the part there was no fault of Viaan. I mean they didn't whitewash him and his actions for over 200 episodes but, now they will be doing it it will be cringe as hell.

This was also one of the good things about this show that whoever did the crime accepted that they did the crime and never defended their crime.

Now, Katha defending Viaan's crime will be very wrong indeed

I know Physical Harassment and Verbal Harassment are two different thing and shouldn't be compared. But I put this purposely to increase the intensity of situation.

Sometimes we go to boss for some personal reason. Even if the company doesn't offer loan, we know that the boss can help either by personally or by contribution from other employees. We trusted boss that he won't use this information for malign purpose.

Suppose instead of money, a girl goes to boss to ask for blood donation of O+ for her bf. She want to check if any employee in the data is O+ and can be contacted quickly. And the boss said I am O+ and I can donate but I want to see you naked. Since girl has no time she agrees. Is it a deal?
