Exactly why I dont get what Salman saw in her to fall for her in the first place.

The only time I actually liked Aliya in this drama was when she showed her vulnerable side and tried to pacify Sallu after she agreed to Asfar's job but it lasted one day

Aaliya is rude to Salman, She doesn't express herself, Her threatening Salman not to say anything to her father, her self respect as the bread winner and not giving any hoot to Salman no matter what he says.

These things made Salman fall for Aaliya, In short her strong character apart from her beautiful looks.

She can flight with him with equal calibre and prove him wrong even though he may be right.

Salman had seen Aaliya as a business partner, as a family oriented person, that is the reason he can see his future with her.

These things made Salman have an inclination towards Aaliya.

And it's not new. There are some Guys who likes Rude girls. They are less but they exist and when these guys fall for such women they pursue her the hardest because they know that she won't agree easily.

Salman had established his view points, his liking towards Aaliya before Asfar was introduced and then he started to get jealous, not because of Aaliya's personal growth but due to the competitor Asfar can become.

He did said in one dialogue, "Tum toh Kisi ko bhi achi lag sakti ho." And that was proved when Asfar started to have feelings for Aaliya.

The general thinking was that even though not vocalised, alia loves salman but alia Dialogues today about what to do seems to imply that she herself is conflicted between the two. She doesn't know who to pick.

So as of now, asfar loved alia, salman loves alia but alia just sort of likes both of them?

I think it's a twist on the whole girls choose love immediately thing. Asfar is a good proposal and not thinking on it & just declining would be hasty. As it stands, aaliya has yet to ever verbalise anything to salman regarding his position in her life. So she technically can consider asfar's proposal.

It doesn't change that they've basically effed up a strong FL tho. The aaliya at the beginning & the aaliya now only have one thing in common- bashing salman whenever they can. Aaliya has had zero growth- if anything her self awareness has gone down. Her obliviousness to asfars feelings is so unrealistic its painful.
