From past few episodes I am feeling bad for Savi . The innocent child is ignored and is given cold shoulders by her own family . She doesn’t deserve this clown as family and the toxic environment.

2 reasons why writers did not make Sai's lawyer present surrogacy point in the arguments - one, they need some lame reason to get Sai in Chavan House for TRP, and two, if the justice is not delivered in Surrogacy then IBF complaints will need to be acted upon. So very conveniently and illogically they not only edited out the earlier shot surrogacy discussion in Virat Sai interaction (that has been a decision post IBF complaints) but also have stopped mentioning about it. Bologe nahi to justice kaha dikhana hoga aur Sai ko aaram se abuse kar sakte hai. What makers forget is that noone in the audience sympathizes with Patralekha's character, do not consider her as selfless mother and no one has forgotten her crimes, vile intentions and Virat's abuse. Kitna bhi whitewash Karo, the toxicity of these 2 characters along with BK will remain

They went very fast .. I was surprised so many points were covered today ..

they could have easily shown the puja extending , some inane scenes , night time discussion with lawyer and just shown with entry to court

But they had 10 minutes of court .. discussing weaker things

I would be happier if they show Sai ka lawyer being secretly in touch with BK .. taking money from her and weakening Sai ka case

because it happens in reality.. otherwise no sense for the main points of pakhi ka mental illness not being raised

from tomorrow I will definitely start watching balijhor

Sai did not raised the surrogacy issue ..Eventhough there were no documents but sai had filed a case against vp so it was recorded..The lawyer could have argued on that..

P's mental illness and VP cheated on her post samrat's death which led her leaving the house..More imortantly sai did not willing left the child at orphanage and the child was lost in the accident...

How virat could marry p when sai was only presumed but he did not try to look for sai...

Sai's first miscarriage was due to mental abuse and that has a record...

The custory case should be S vs V not P vs S...Makers are spreading misinformation by constantly establishing surrogate is the mother...

The have avoided mentioning that adoption process itself was illegal...Viratt neen nod marry p to get a male child and the couple has to be married for two years...

They could have avoided courtcase and made it room settlement...

See there is no logical ground for joint custody or Sai losing custody

These writers have given Sai some weak dialogues today so they can stretch this whole drama.

Everything Sai said was pointless! Whether P and V are unsuitable to raise Vinu is subjective!

Fact:

1. P and V had criminal charges bought against them for illegal surrogacy

2. P hired goons to attack Sai

3. P had Sai & V embryo inseminated in her illegally with V and BK approval

4. The doctor who did the procedure should have also been stripped of her medical license.

5. P misled the surrogate by impersonating hospital personnel!

All of the above are facts which Sai did not mention as they chose the emotional route today.

Everything Virat said was a fact as the evidence for such is readily available if an investigation is carried out.

Sai said nothing that warrants an investigation or that caused the judge to question V or P.

That wretched Crockroach sat there with a sad face as if she never committed a single crime in her life and just want to live in peace!
