Jogi ban jaana ya duniya chod dena ya kuch bhi , thinking that they have achieved some godly status , or whatever they r trying to show , is disturbing....whether the makers r trying to give his message, or the opposite , impressionable minds take the wrong way... . Not every love story is meant to be complete , everything is not attainable in life , n feelings ko itna Importance deke apni zindagi barbad karna galat hai. I am talking about one sided love. What Farhad did , is wrong even if mahi loved him. This kind of love needs a therapist. It's beyond normal.

Yes, what Farhad has done is not right and even though I understand his character and connect with him, it is not what he should have done, we cannot and should not love someone more than our own existence, he destroyed himself and it only hurts me and nothing else. I do not know about Fitoor, but in this story there is no glorification because everyone including Mahi wants Farhad to start a fresh but here the writer's center of the circle is Farhad, so he will not let Farhad move on. Also, if it helps, Farhad will most probably die to show that boys who ruin themselves for a woman will only die or end up homeless and shattered. And about Godly status, Farhad has never said or wanted to be anything like that, he still does not wnat, but somewhere in the line may be he will just exhibit that level of spirituality post whatever happens next. It is unfolding in a nice way albeit slow but at least makes sense because they did not show Farhad achieving everything out of the blue, he still has an equation to solve with both Baba sai and Mahi. I am honestly liking it, and waise bhi boys ruining themselves like this for women, there is sadistic pleasure too 😆

Episode 27

Before I write anything, I must say that I liked the episode, it felt like that finally I was watching KAM3 where people again, I was so glad to see Sahiba and Fakira back, reminded me of the good old Lahore and Bahawalpur days, also how is it possible that the leads have a fan moment and we won't be happy, it was a great start to the next phase of the story 🥳

Starting with Mahi, I must say that she indeed is lucky, apart from her regular body guards like Fakira, Sahiba, Rashida and Amina, there are two moms who love her immensely, and life suddenly looks so simple and good for Mahi that soon doors for a new journey will open.

So Mahi was mourning Farhad's state, and even though it was all her guilt, but wasn't it heart breaking? She has seen him with full of life, she has seen him running around hall ways and handling an entire wedding, she has seen the guts and passion in him when he risked his life to save her brother, she also saw the stubbornness and hapless love which he had for her and after seeing Farhad's state, this was supposed to be gut wrenching. No one deserves to abandon their own existence and here Mahi just saw a living example of someone who used to be a 'silly' and innocent boy. I felt so so bad when she was bawling that 'Usne ek zinda aadmi ko aapne andar dafan karliya', it felt like she could literally see his trauma and suffering right through his eyes which she actually did. When Mahi cries for Farhad's suffering, it gives me a mixed feeling, because I always wanted to see her feeling his grief and connecting with his suffering but again, she does because she only feels guilty, which gets heightened by the curse every single time. Probably, she will never love him, and it is alright as everybody is not meant to get their happy endings, but some day I really want to see Mahi telling him that he was not a joke, and even if not love, she feels for him, and he is worth more than just giving up his life, the humiliation ruined him beyond repair and if anyone who can fix even a bit of the damage, then it is Mahi, but I doubt it will happen anymore as Taimoor's death is still not a news to Farhad and when that hits him, the recovery will be impossible and he will have to live and die with it. I wish there was something in the story that could show a little bit of hope for Farhad too, just how there is for Mahi here, the writer has just been cruel here, he ensured that even if somehow Farhad gets convinced and wants to move on, Taimoor's death (which was not Farhad's fault at all) haunts him and ruins even the last straw of hope which audience has for his character. Mahi, well, I am fully sure she will say yes to marry Sikka for her saas's happiness, and that will be something expected from her character, expecting her to even try to make a choice is probably a sin now. On top of that the hypocrisy and her constant chants of baddua, guilt and him to go back will kill the sympathy I usually have for her mostly. The character's arc has been so poor, I mean I love flawed characters, characters which make mistakes, but there has to be some clarity, some ground work on the characters strength and weakness, do we know about Mahi's? I doubt we ever will, even Amma sai's character has more arc and reasonings than our female lead has, what a shame it is, had Farhad not cursed her, her character indeed would have zero reasons to even connect with him, WOW

I liked how the Fakeer baba repeatedly emphasized to Amma sai that keep praying and keep praying, that is the only way out, that is all I needed to hear and the message is clear that you pray, you ask, Allah gives and he decides and you MUST accept His decisions. Thank fully the writer knows here that a single character's voice can deliver the greatest message, if the writer's central character is a depiction of Allah's plans can break and make someone, then Fakeer baba is the hunter of that character, and I like how slowly but gradually a bond has indeed developed between Fakeer baba and Farhad here, the dynamics played out well, albeit slow but believably well, we just do not ask that why are these two suddenly confiding in each other, because we know that they have reached that stage where Farhad will ask questions and get a reciprocation. Kudos to the writer here.

Farhad, well Feedi, ohh Farhad, the very first scene of the episode, in one word GOOSEBUMPS. It was freaking brilliant, I did not expect anything less, what was that nerve wrecking performance? The way he transcended from a state of shock, and then a feeling of hallucination thinking that how can this be Mahi, and did she actually lie senseless over there? After that when he saw people around him run and every bone of his body shakes and he leaves in utter suffocation and disbelief. The subtle and yet visible rain in the back ground depicting the condition a torn and shattered heart, paralleled with Farhad's numbness and angst, everything of this particular shot has been a visual treat. I do not know whether you guys noticed, how he struggled to breathe at a point, seemed like it was physically hurting him to see her again and he could not deal with the memories of his loss here, also, how he wanted to cry but he just could not, a true blue genius of a performance here. Feroze indeed needs to be applauded here, i do not think anyone looks this good while portraying devastation and sorrow onscreen, the way he carries it. He is a writer's actor here, I mean writers will write character just imagining that face and body language in their protagonists, a beauty onscreen indeed. Kudos to the team who included the bulley shah poetry in the back ground echoing out loud in Noor Hassan's powerful voice heightening Farhad's state of being is love that is destructive as well his only identity. Too good of a scene 👏. One thing which I love about Farhad is that he has always been so transparent with his audience, like the moment he moves, we know what he is thinking or why he is thinking or doing that, there are millions of theories behind his actions, but we all know that what the character expects from himself, which was never the case with Mahi, and hence the disconnect. Also it is easy to sympathize with him because his flaws and lacking are just a part of the narrative here, since it is from his POV, by default we know that he was supposed to ruin himself in a woman's love and that nothing can repair the damage. I love how subtly they have shown that he indeed is ruined, from what started as a heightened and egoistic curse in the library, spiraled downwards with a fake death, a traumatizing humiliation in the train, then homelessness and now the suffering to see his worst fear, his biggest trigger and his wildest tragedy in front of him just like that, what a messed up beauty this tragedy indeed looks like, kudos

I loved the balcony scene too, it was such a fan moment to be honest, the classic old school 90s scenario of a forbidden love saga where you identify your lost beloved from far and just go all malang AGAIN. I loved how Mahi's eyes have so much helplessness whenever she sees him, Iqra performs so well that at times I feel Mahi loves him too, otherwise who would look like that to the man who is nothing but just a source of her misery? On the other hand, him stumbling at his feet, not believing his eyes and trying to process that what is happening with him and the repeated anxiety and shock, ohh, this had me all rooting for my leads again. They are such great performers, I cannot help but say that the on paper whatever the characters are, onscreen they just deserve love and happiness, I will not be convinced if they suffer and die, it is cruel for people like them, it is brutal for the audience who has seen them suffer just because love happened unfortunately.

The biggest take away from the episode was that, Farhad talked again, and he will not stop talking, a lot of his muteness is also because I believe he does not know whether anybody needs to hear anything from him, but well, he needs to hear a lot of things now. I loved how he in his right mind never wanted to see Mahi again, my boi making me proud again, and he is jolted that unfortunately he saw her and worst is she has seen him too. The next episode will be a blast, given he will come clean with the way he abandoned everything and chose to kill his existence and probably Taimoor's death coming off as another bone chilling shocker for him. Bring it on, I am all pumped up for it. 🥳
