Anyway did you watched today's episode!! It was awesome!! One thing I really like about this serial is that not only the casting of Marathi and Telugu lead is done perfectly by casting native actors but also how they are exploring food, culture, attire, festivals of these respective cultures. Till now no show in ITV with Marathi characters explored Vat Savitri or Mangala Gauri festival instead we get to see Karwa Chauth and other North Indian festivals . But this show is bringing out festivals and portraying them which is a strong part of the Marathi and Telugu cultures. Kudos!!

Dts true . I hv said it before......I really appreciate that they hv kept Raghav and Pallavi from diff cultures and they keep dt thing intact. Like them speaking in their mother tongues during an argument is what attracted me to the show initially.

Also I was glad they made Pallavi dress up as a telugu bride. It was abt time she did dt.

Vat Savitri ....I hv seen in a few shows. But never even heard of Mangala gauri festival before. So I am curious abt it.

Btw I did make a post on the episode😆

Which shows? I have not seen any show with Marathi background to portray this festival!! Historical show may be? Though I am new to ITV as before MHRW my only experience was NBT!! The show was based on Indori culture not Marathi!!

I dont particularly remember now but Vat sabitri is a common festival.

I am not a marathi but even our people celebrate Savitri. We dont hv karwa chauth. Similarly I hv seen the puja being celebratd in other tv shows . I will tell you some.....if I remember dem later😆

Maybe they show it as some North Indian festival in the show because apparently for ITV only North India exists and rest of the country is some other nation!! 😆

Anyways where are you from?
