If an arc is well written, explored and flaws are redeemed, fair enough. But I also feel there are some boundaries and dealbreakers that have a point of no return. They just should never be shown. @Bold. Agreed. I like seeing different content but I also indulge in cliches. Wattpad is like any other platform. Has the good and bad. Was on it eons ago, it does have brilliant writers. One book I particularly remember and I would recommend is the The Quirky Tale of April Hale. Not sure if its still there though.

Yeah, I agree. I like clichés, or rather, I like tropes, and well-written, even the tropiest cliché can feel fresh and new (and "omg sooooooo unique" 😆) but there are a few toxic tropes that should be relegated to history because they only perpetuated the same regressive cycles. But beyond that, YMMV.

I never used Wattpad - my fic platform of choice was AO3, which has some amazing fics worthy of 6-figure publishing sums, and a lot of crap as well 🤣
