Thanks for replying. I agree with your points. I think Shaurya is more ready to accept Aastha back into his life than we think. Aastha was not present all these years but her image was there. He could never really forget her or was not allowed to. She was present in the form of Shaan's pining and Devi's venom, but she was there. But the image was that of a selfish woman. Now with the arrival of Anokhi, the curtain of hatred is getting removed, even without his knowledge. What Anokhi put forward as a condition was actually somewhere at the back of his mind. I therefore think his guilt was not regarding his failure to follow Anokhi's condition but his failure to agree to see Aastha's side of the picture. He is feeling guilty because all these years he has hated and held only Aastha responsible for his miseries but there is a chance others were more at fault than her.
