A bike ride in the rain

Most of the episode was filled up with Nishant's big entry😆.....but the Adi-Imlie bike ride was still nicely done.

Highlights for me personally:

a) Imlie getting motion sickness on the bike initially so Adi tells her to look up.....lo and behold, the moment she starts to look up, rain drops splatter😆....very nicely directed bit.

b) When Adi stops the bike to take shelter during the rain, Imlie was pulling his leg big time....PD waali Imlie ki yaad aayi after many days😆....she openly called him out on the fact that she knew he wouldn't have come to pick her up on his own and Malini or his mom must have sent him😆....Adi bristled a bit at that ki, "Kyun? Kya main khud se nahin aa sakta"? And Imlie was like NEVER😆.....she knows him so well by now....lol what did Adi think? Has he ever given her cause to think he will step up for her on his own unless he is pushed into it?😆

LOL@Adi then trying to deflect and claim they got late cuz she was busy making the lep......haha

c) Imlie also full on taunted him for not liking the rain cuz it would spoil his expensive shoes and his hero jaise baal🤣

d) The Piya Tose Milne bit....which was basically all already shown in the precap from Saturday....no extra footage😆

The entire rest of the episode went in the emotional family reunion with Nishant😆. Main things to note from there.....a) Nishant-Adi seem close....Nishant talked about knowing all of Adi ki secrets....lol. b) Condolences to those who predicted a romantic pairing for Nishant-Imlie.....his first opinion on her was that she is his bhabhi😆.....Adi ofcourse shot that down.....lol....c) Imlie already did her usual Imlie-giri and patched up Badke Kaka and Nishant😆

Precap was kinda weird.....and feels like Imlie's dream to me😆. Hard to imagine why Adi would gift her a suit right now....woh bhi with a smile😆. And then the usual fake out with showing "angry" Malini....I'm already tired of these token "suspicious" Malini scenes they put in that go nowhere.....lol

I expected the adilie moments to be intensely romantic, but they are hell bent on being as real and understated as possible, keeping true to the promise of organic progression of the relationship. Pagdandia wali teasing imlie was back and it was refreshing. Good episode minus the nishant entry.

The Valentine's Day much awaited episode aired and guess I was expecting a bit more. Neverthless Adilie getting drenched in the rain and exchanging cute nok jhok with Imli displaying her uncanny ability to read Adi, unnerving him, who hides behind his 'daant' as always was cute. Imli was too funny and her antics and words 'emotion sickness' instead of 'motion sickness' was 🤣 🤣and just when she raised her face to the sky, raindrops falling on her face...

Now, Imli has totally lost her initial hesitation of holding onto BS's khandaa and she held on for dear life. The taunts she gave him was good, that he would have never come to pick her up by himself, he was directed by his wife or mother. She knows how to push his buttons and he was peeved that she knew him so well.. it was that expression on his face, she can read him like a book and get him to react to boot. 🤣

The big Ganpati baba pic backdrop in the window.... a sublimal message that he is watching over them, looked like that to me.

The bike ride with the banana leaf was cute and creative use of the banana leaf. DID Adi enjoy the splatter of rain drops on his face for a second? With a smile... awww... that was cute...😃

🤣Now when they reached home, they both were quite dry.. miraculously dry from the rain just a few moments ago... LOL...

For once, Adi asked Imli to go inside and she did without a word, she did make a face that he missed, so focused was he on the taxi... that is why all the delays...

Now, there was a shot of the 2 brothers hugging and then both look towards Imli who in the middle. Wonder how they are going to play this angle out. It was some good emoting by Adilie here, when Imli was thrilled to see the new CBS (chote bab saheb) and Adi to see Nishant after 10 long years... The hurt on her face, that she will never get her rights or place in the family was again reinforced when Adi said she is not 'bhabhi' but happily pointed out Malini, while Imli wanted to fade into the woodworks. Despite the hurt, she stepped in like a bahu to ask badke kaka to forgive and give aashirwaad to his son.

Hoping this new entry takes Imli's education into hand and begins teaching her English, she is a smart one and will begin slaying in English, with the proper pronunciations, that will knock the socks off Adi. 🤣 Then she can begin college and her journey to achieving her dreams.

Today was more of T's and more of them to come, I feel. AC may try to sow the seeds of doubt in Malini. Tomorrow's precap looks a bit disconnected.

One more thing to add....the family reunion scene again kinda reinforced Imlie's outsider status.

And this is why I say that for all the talk of "Imlie is a part of our family" etc., the Tripathis can't fully claim it when the time comes. When the time came, Nishant was introduced to every member of the family, and Malini got the regard of being introduced as his bhabhi......

Imlie wasn't on anyone's mind also....she all but faded into the doorway😆. She made her presence felt in the end on her own by jumping in to patch up Badke Kaka and Nishant.

So it's all well and good that everyone adores Imlie, they are all enchanted by her in that family.....but when it comes to standing, they don't quite know where to put her.

LOL I didn't expect any intensely romantic moments because their relationship is not in that phase yet, but yeah overall the scene just felt like a token one rather than building towards much progression for their situation.

They are more focused on showing Imlie as a bechaari who isn't getting her rights as the bahu/bhabhi of Tripathis. That is why they showed her feeling a pang when Nishant thought her to be his bhabhi and Adi instantly said no she's not.

Atleast good episode ka trendwa is changing 😆. Todays episode after 3 poor ones was just so so. The adilie scene did feel like a token one. Abhi predict karna bhi mushkilwa hui gawa ki accha episode kab aai gawa 😆

I am still.on the middle of viewing so will comment on the first bit.. it was edited in a haphazard manner woh 15 secs ke bike ride bhi saath hi rakh dete it felt so disjointed ke beech main family drama

However, noteworthy for me was them being problem solvers for the other bina even really knowing it wither.. she was starting to get sick toh adi babu came up with a quick solution and solved her problem and then came his baarish ka darr and how she managed to find a solution for that in an instant.. basically walking the other through their everyday darr(s) like a good team

Imlie was hilarious in her taunts ke babusahib was like kya main nahi aata khud se🤣 Babusahib she knows you too well aap wohi babusahib hain jo 2 baar iski PD chodne ki try kar chuke hain and she has no reason to paalo any such galat fehmi🤣 but still her blunt nope was amusing to me and babusahib trying to act cool over it.. but kya dhoya isne inhe.. I was also laughing at the giant ganpati in the window behind them.being a spectator🤣

Really disappointing episode and precap. Show is turning into typical soapopera! The rain scene was too short. There was just weired flow to the show. The Nishanth part was sooo boring!

GOD Kitnaaaa extraaa slow intro.tha nishaant ka mujhe laga main ne 2 janam jeep liye iss intro main.. har koi was taking itnaaa lamabaaa time to just get on with the hug🤣 aur toh aur woh bache bhi itna sweet time ke rshe thay in intros and emotional BM was full on I was like uhh stop it

I did like the intro with ADI though and that's it dusra I got lulz beech beech main with that woh rahi tumhari bhabhi and malini aisi phudakte huye aa rahi thi jaise issi ke liye special land hua hai🤣 he looked more like malini ka prospective match then imlie 🤣

Woh jhalli bechari aise hi side main khush huye jaa rahi hai happy family dekh ke.. again felt terrible how she felt happy for a sec and then babusahib patkhooed her on zameen back ke bhabhi nahi hai woh 🤣 but once again kismat ka.khel dekho.asli bhabhi se hi mile Mr Nishant sabse pehle and samjh bhi.lia instantly isse bhabhi.. I am not sure how much adi will share or even nishant abhi toh they are saying they know each other and are co finances baad main pata chalta hai.. I.do feel.ado kinda needs someone to speak to.at times but woh toh imlie needs too toh if anything make him dono ka confidante then but I think iske apni hi samasyiyein will be too big which Adi-Imlie will probably solve as a team... I did enjoy adi and iska woh thoda naughty bits too

Precap is too bizarre my mind is not able to process any of it but 100% dream hi hoga phir se inli.ka.woth all.darkness around warna out of the blue babusahib ko shopping ka khayal kahan se aa gaya.. ya malini ka.koi bura sapna.. anyways

Oh and the other thing that made me go🤨 yeh sab imlie ke rishte in the house hain Kaka bhaiya bhabhi didis except babusahib whom is babusahib but technically yeh nish should've been chote bhaiya but nahi he got chote babusahib...idk how I feel about that caz I have grown to feel an attachment to.that title being only for adi I Don't like it when she calls DC bade BS too caz woh bhura daaku hi sahi hai.. I.want her to keep her babusahib only for ADI as it reminds me of another pyari si naukrani and her SAAB and how.that Saab had found all.the love of the world In it from Start to end and now for adi imlie it has made it's place and has become more.a term of endearment than just respect

After all the hype with the precap, I was disappointed with the episode. Plus what was today’s precap all about? Is it Imlie’s dream? What do you guys think?
