You can take out KJo, Salman Alia, Ranbir and anyone who is doing nepotism or benefiting from it...fill BW with just outsiders....do u think that the problem wil be solved?l ..Everything will be the same ...Status quo maintained.....

How many aspiring actors are there and how many movies are made..not even 10% will get a chance...and I am talking about the talented ones.....The supply is much much more than demand......do u think the onles that didn't get a chance won't blame ....and the ones who are successful will not try to hold on to their position......there will still be bullying, blinds, gossiping, blame game...role snatching...just like we have in any other industry....and in BW its much easier because its all subjective....how do u prove that who is more talented...Vidya or Priyanka....who is better looking Sara or Jhanvi....it will all remain the same.....it will be just outsiders against outsiders....

Its not about insiders or outsiders....its how the humans are wired...and they will do all these things...unless there is a strict protocol to follow...and that is not possible due to the subjective nature......someone gave the example of engineers...how better one should get the job..well because Engg is not subjective....art is...like I said...how do u find out who is better between Nawazuddin and Manoj Bajpayee.....

Singers are made by Music Composers. However if Music Composers are forced to not work with certain singers then even the all-powerful audience cannot 'make' the singer as they will not get to hear their songs. This is what Sonu Nigam was implying in his video.

And this is exactly the point that SSR's death has raised.

I remember Alisha Chinoy saying that she was paid Rs 5000 for Kajra are..she said she dint take it..but she earned a lot from shows for that song. What people are not understanding is that this is straight domination of the music companies.Imagine being paid 5000 for a song that created so much hysteria.U cannot just rule out the contribution of a singer in making it a hit.And this is what Sonu or others have been speaking against.

Plus are they giving enough chance to the new singers. They keep repeating Neha Kakkar..nothing against her but why not try some new talents too.

Would make sense if all actors’ chances (through promo, PR, marketing, etc) were equal. THEY ARE NOT. Otherwise how would you explain Sonam or Arjun’s fate? More than 15 flops and she still get to act with la creme de la creme. If star kids are shoved down the public’s throat and others are not given a chance to be out there, then it doesn’t stand.

The issue is that star kids are deeply rooted in the biggest production houses...it is one very small clique of people getting access to big films and recruiting each other or their friends’ friends.

I don’t think star kids should not be allowed to become actors if they worked hard for it and are talented, but clearly the issue here is the very obvious bullying and boycott of any outsider that doesn’t belong or suck up to them. And I include SRK in that lot too...a bored wife who suddenly becomes a high profile interior designer and producer..and a teenage daughter with absolutely 0 talent and credentials getting a front cover of a high profile magazine. It makes me want to vomit.

Also be aware that maroonporshe is an insider (I suspect none other than Ranbir). ;)
