All the funerals happened after the war. It's all described by Gandhari in Stri Parva.
Also, one of the biggest distortions in this serial: Duryodhan never got to know who Karna really was, much less do his cremation. Kunti revealed it to her sons in Stri Parva, after they were done doing the rites of everybody else.
