This year's Bigg Boss 9' contestant, Mandana Karimi is highly likely to star opposite Salman Khan in Sultan'.
The Iranian model is expected to be announced as the lead in the Yash Raj Film. Earlier reports suggested that Parineeti Chopra, Deepika Padukone or Kriti Sanon were being considered but this now seems uncertain.
A source told Deccan Chronicle, "Since the makers wanted a fresh face, there is a chance they might consider Mandana for the role."
Mandana has been described as Khan's "favourite" in this season's reality TV show. Khan plays the role of Sultan Ali Khan.
