I was thinking the same. That beard necklace looked like something he could gift his mother and it made sense that Amal thought so as well.

In last episode they showed rafey decorating for the bday. Then today's episode started with mehru and shahnawaz randomly meeting on road. Then urooj crying about not getting attention from rafey. Then shahnawaz in different clothes is calling up Fahad and he gets to know about the bday. Then he goes and buys that bracelet. If mehru had office what was she doing at the middle of the road? If she had to go early then atleast go to the office early. Fahad needs to fire her
