I now think Saman Shah is going to go to Mehru's house with a proposal for marriage. Next episode she seems quite upset, seems like the party is not considering her nomination to contest from the family seat. Dawood is going to tell her about Shah and Mehru and she will think it makes her look good in front of the public and party. Mehru's mom will make her accept it because of badnaami of broken engagement and gossip about Mehru.

For some reason I felt refreshing & good that it was casual! Warna after watching ITV shows growing up, it would have taken romance & slo-mo in anything and everything route, which is quite impractical!

Actually the dialogues have a great deal of banter and romance, and Ali Raza is good with romantic scenes, that you don't need the trip and fall, dupatta flying stuff at all.
