What I felt is Meerab enjoys his attention and care but was always unwilling to reciprocate. I feel this is highly unfair and shows a side of her that is not caring - you are either a caring person or you are not - you cannot be extremely caring towards selective people and not care a tuppence about another person. A caring person will feel for anyone who is in pain. She absolutely ignores his feeling throughout. In fact she has been so indifferent towards Murtasim all along that I feel maybe she doesn’t love him at all. And that’s ok. Why does she HAVE to love him? She doesn’t - but then her character is written in such a bad way that eventually she will but then we won’t be convinced or satisfied because none of this is written with any sort of logic whatsoever.Ainvayi time waste kiya humne 😅
The way women portray their possessiveness, jealousy is way different from men.. KMK is ready to kill whoever dares to come near his Meerab. We have seen how extremely jealous and possessive he is during Rohail track...
We can't expect the same from Meerub. But yet, she always expressed how uncomfortable she gets whenever Haya comes into the picture. She showed extreme jealousy and possessiveness whenever Haya touched him or tried to come in between them..
The slap and spit was the extreme reaction from her side because she thought he broke her heart and was cheating on her with Haya in her absence..
About the intensity of love, she is yet to understand that she is head over heels for KMK . Once she understands that she will love him wholeheartedly.
But, given how stubborn Meerab is, if it was old meerub, she wouldn't come back to him when he left her in karachi. She did say she is coming for Mariyam's sake, but we all saw how excited she looked and how lovingly she was looking at him during Mariyam's Ruksathi..
Even during Rohail fiasco old meerub wouldn't even care about KMK's feeling , but she genuinely felt bad that he is hurt and tried various ways to console him..
If this isn't love ,what is?
That qalandar, gaalib dialogue was to show the definition of love as per Meerub. Her definition of love is way different from KMK..
KMK can destroy the whole world for her while she can destroy herself for him once she understands she is in love with him( That sooli pe chadjavungi dialogue)..
