The circumstances in which they got married, then the journey...the growth, be it at the individual level or as a couple. Beautiful.

So The Answer Is-

LOOK AS PER GOGGLE DEFINATION-

Question: If marriage was not consummated, in this case is wife bound to Iddat?

Answer. If the marriage was dissolved by the divorce, she is bound to observe the IDDAT only if the marriage was consummated, if there was no consummation, Like In Case Of Azka And Azlan there is no iddat, and she is free to marry immediately.

Generally, the 'iddah of a divorced woman is three lunar months (i.e. about 89 days), but if the marriage was not consummated Same Like In Case Of Azka And Azlan there is no 'iddah.

Azka Didn't Have To Do Iddat Period Of 6 Months Clause After Divorce From Azlan Because

Shirin has started regaining consciousness, she is trying to open her eyes but due to weekness, she is not able to open them.After some time, she hears someone's voice, she opens her eyes and sees Azka right in front of her, who is praying after Namaaz.Shirin keeps looking at Azka.Azka turns her face towards Shirin after offering prayers.Shirin is still unconscious, she closes her eyes.Azka comes to Shirin and she blows on Shirin's face after reciting some verses of SURAH REHMAN.and puts the blanket on shirin,Just then the door of the room opens and Azlan enters the room

Azlan:Hey hope i m not late

Azka:nahi bilkul nahi.

Azlan:aunty ko hosh aaya?

Azka: abhi tak to nhi.

Azlan: doctor Umar se baat hui?

Azka:jee wo abhi kuch der pehle visit kar ke gaye the.

Azlan:good

Azka:aapka kaam ho gaya?

Azlan:hmm yes All Thx to u.

Azlan smiles, Azka notices Shirin's body movements

Azka:i think aunty ko hosh aa raha hai.

Azlan stands close to Shirin. Azka starts leaving the room.

Azka starts stealing glances at Azlan. Azlan doesn't ask any questions but he understands why Azka is leaving.He does not stop her. Azka leaves the room. Azlan turns his face to Shirin and sees that Shirin has regained consciousness.

Azlan:aap thik hai?

Shireen smile at Azlan

Azlan:Allah ka shukar hai aap thik hai.

Shirin:Azlan Main aise..yaha.

Azlan: aap subah apne kamre me behosh thi,But nothing to worry everything is fine

Shirin doesn't say anything, her eyes are looking for Azka.

Azlan:aap ruke me doctor ko bulata hu

As soon as Azlan starts walking towards the door, he sees Dr. Umar there.

Azlan: doctor Umar main abhi aapke paas hi aa raha tha inhe hosh aa gaya hai

Umar:jee jee mujhe abhi Azka ne inform kiya.Let me check her.

Dr.Umar examines Shirin

After sometime

Dr.umar: mashaallah se BP normal hai.

Azlan:That's great

Dr Umar: kaisa feel kar rahi hai aap?

Shirin:still weakness hai us waqt bhi aakho ke samne andhera aa gaya tha ,baki mujhe kuch bhi yaad nahi

Dr Umar:don't worry BP low ke issues the..aap jo BP ki medicine le rahi thi wo aapki body ko suit nhi kar rahi thi.aapki body and age ke liye wo bahot strong thi.

Azlan:but doctor Umar aapko kaise pata ke aunty kaunsi medicine use kar rahi thi?

Dr Umar:all credit goes to Your Wife Azlan she told me,Usne inki medicine dekhi Hui thi,

Azlan:ohh..waise ye ghar kab ja sakti hai?

Dr.umar:Azlan inke kuch blood test hone hai.uski reports aa jaye.sabkuch sahi hoga than hum inhe discharge kar dege

Azlan:ok doctor

Dr Umar:ok than take care

Dr. Umar leaves from there. Azlan comes and sits near Shirin.

Shirin:Maine bewajah tum sabko pareshan kar diya

Azlan:nahi aisi koi baat nahi

Shirin:kaise nhi ..dekho na ,tum apna sab kaam chod ke yaha mere paas bethe ho.

Azlan:koi bhi kaam aapki sehat de bhadhkar nhi hai.Allah ka bahot shukar hai ke aap thik hai.

Azlan smiles seeing Sheerin just than he gets a call from someone.

Azlan:ek minute aunty ek urgent phone hai..

Azlan gets up and goes out, Shirin sees him. Then the nurse comes into the room with a tray of food.

Nurse:mam aap dinner kar le phir aapko medicine bhi deni hai aur phir aapke tests bhi lene hai iske baad

Shirin:accha

Nurse helps Shirin sit up and then gives her soup

As Azlan hangs up the phone and looks behind him, he finds Kanwal standing behind him.

Azlan: Asalamualaikum

Kanwal: Walekum assalam

Azlan:aap yaha kaise?.i mean sab thik hai?

Kanwal:jee sab kheriyat hai.

Azlan:zaahid bhai kaise hai ?

Kanwal is very surprised…she did not think that Azlan would talk to her in such a nice way Because it was neither his house nor his mother was with him.

Kanwal:Azlan saab sab thik hai bas mujhe aapse baat karni thi accha hua aap mujhe yaha mil gaye.

Azlan:jee farmaiye

Kanwal pauses for a while and then

Kanwal:wo mene bolna tha ke jitna jaldi ho sake aap talaaq naama ghar bijhwa de.

Azlan is very surprised to hear this.

Azlan:Talaq…?

Kanwal:jee jis maqsad ke liye aapne kaagzi nikaah kiya tha wo ab pura ho gaya hai aur ab Azka bhi ghar aa gayi hai to aap bas papers banwa ke hume de, taaki jald se jald hum azka ke mustaqbil ka soche.

Azlan: mustaqbil….?

Kanwal looks at Azlan who seems upset.

Kanwal:jee mustaqbil…pehle hi itne din ho gaye hai aur Wo aapke saath is benaam rishtey me reh Rahi hai to ab aap Meharbani kar ke use Talaaq de aur khatam kare ye rishta.

Kanwal's words hurt Azlan a lot.

Azlan:bhabhi main aapki pareshani samjh sakta hu par aap mujhe thoda sa waqt…

Before Azlan could speak kanwal interrupts Azlan

Kanwal:Dekhe Azlan saab aapke liye ye sab koi mayne nahi rakhta hoga par Azka..Azka aapki tarah na dunia ko dekhti hai na sochti hai..aap to business man hai apne kaam se kaam rakhne wale par Azka wo ye duniadari in sab cheezo ko nhi samjhti wo kab Tak aapke ghar walo ke bare Main sochti rahegi

Azlan:main samjha nhi?

Kanwal:Azka ko Azaad kar de Azlan saab aapke ehsano ke bojh se ab .

Azlan:ehsaan..??

Kanwal:aaj bhi mere yaha aane ki wajah Azka hi hai..usi ne mujhe phone kar ke bola ke me Shanaya ji ki waalda ke liye soup bana ke laau.

Azlan is shocked to hear that Azka has asked Kanwal to bring food for Shirin.

Shirin looks at Azlan but he does not say anything.

Shirin:accha phir bhi tum plz kuch na bhejhna mene soup le liya hai aur kuch khaane ko dil nahi chaah Raha

Sitwat:accha thik hai aaram karo tum Allah hafiz.

Shirin:Allah hafiz..

Shirin gives the phone to Azlan asks

Shirin:Azlan ye soup?ye kaha se aaya?

Azlan:Aunty ye Azka ki Amma ke yaha se aaya hai..i mean to say She knows aapko is waqt kya diet dena sahi hai so usne ye aapke liye banwaya hai

Shirin:mujhe …mujhe laga hi tha jab sitwat ne kaha ke ye usne nahi bhejha.

Azlan:chale aap ye khatam kare phir aapko tests ke liye lekar Jana hai

Shirin starts drinking soup.She wants to ask Azlan about Azka but she is feeling embarrassed.otherside Azlan starts thinking about Kanwal's words.

Shirin:Azlan Azka kaha hai?

Azlan:Azka…

He does not understand what answer he should give to Shirin. He is not able to understand whether he should tell her the truth or not.Shirin sees discomfort on Azlan's face.

Shirin:Azlan main janti hu Azka yaha Sara time mere paas thi

Azlan looks at Shirin.

Shirin:me jab hosh main aayi thi to mene dekha tha use.

Azlan does not say anything, he remains silent.

Shirin:mere liye dua kar rahi thi,me usse nazre nahi mila sakti thi, mene apni aakhe bandh kar lee aur pata hai phir kya kiya usne.

Azlan turns his face towards Shirin and sees that she has tears in her eyes.

Shirin:mere paas khadi hokar SURAT REHMAN ki aayte padh rahi thi.par Azlan us waqt to koi nahi tha mere paas ,phir wo ye sab kyu kar rahi thi? kis ko dikhane ke liye kar rahi thi?

Shirin gives a sad smile

Shirin:Us waqt Allah mujhe dikha rahe the mujhe samjha rahe the ke ,main jis ladki ko galat samjh Rahi thi bura bhala bol rahi thi wo to Asal main Kitni sacchi aur acchi hai.Azlan maine bahot galat kar diya na Azka ke saath ab main kaise usse nazre Mila sakugi.

Azlan:Aunty aap plz ye sab na soche jo bhi hua wo sab…

Shirin:nahi Azlan jo bhi hua wo galat tha,mene bahot bura kiya Azka ke saath mera kya haq tha usko wo sab bolne ka,aur wo bacchi ka badappan dekho wo bina kuch bole chupchaap sabkuch sunti rahi.wo chahti to palat ke mujhe jawab de sakti thi.

Shirin closes her eyes and then opens them after some time.

Shirin:Shanaya hamesha se Azka ko pasand karti thi.use doctor banana chahti thi par mene uske jane ke baad uski wo khawaish ko pura nhi kiya.Shanaya mujhse naraaz to nhi hogi na azlan ?

Azlan doesn't know what to say,he himself is scared of losing Azka.

Shirin:Shanaya kitne dino se mere khawaab main nhi aayi,warna pehle Roz aati thi.wo zarur mujhse naraaz hai.mene Itna galat jo kiya Azka ke saath.main Azka se maafi maang lugi mene bahot galat kiya uske saath.mene tumhe bhi sharminda kar diya

Azlan:aunty aap aisa sab na soche sabkuch sahi hai..aur jitna mene Azka ko samjha hai wo aapse naraaz nahi ho sakti

Shirin:to phir Azka mere hosh me aate hi chali kyu gayi?wo ghar bhi meri wajah se chod ke gayi hai,me jab tak waha hu wo nahi aayegi wapas

Before Azlan can say anything, the nurse comes to the room.

Nurse:sir humne inhe tests ke liye lekar Jana hai.

Azlan:yeah sure

Shirin leaves from there. Azlan is sitting on the same chair. He is still upset about Kanwal's talk.he closed his eyes

After sometime

Azlan opens his eyes and he sees that the room is dark,He doesn't see anything, he gets up from his chair and goes towards the door which is locked.He tries to open it but it doesn't. Azlan shouts but the door doesn't open.he gets tired and sits there quietly,After some time he sees a light, it is like someone is walking in the light.Azlan can't see who is in front of him, that person takes Azlan's hand and takes him to the door.And just the door opens, it is bright outside, there are flowers and greenery everywhere.That person is still walking with Azlan but he cannot see that person ,Then Azlan's eyes fall on a girl in front who is wearing a white suit.He smile and runs to her, his hand is still the hand of the person who took him out of that locked room.Azlan comes to the girl wearing white suit and puts his hand on her shoulder with his other hand

Azlan:AZKA….

That girl turns but she is not Azka

Azlan:SHANAYA !!!!!

That girl wearing white suit is Shanaya who is smiling seeing him.

Azlan:........

Shanaya:Azlan Main bahot khush hu tum un Andhere kamro se bahar nikal aaye ho,roshni ki taraf, Imaan ki taraf aur …

Shanaya looks at Azlan happily.

Shanaya:Aur apni zindagi ke Humsafar ki taraf.

Azlan is watching her silently.

Shanaya:kya hua ? Pareshan ho?

Azlan:.....

Shanaya:Pareshan na ho,kahi nhi Jaa rahi wo

Azlan:kaun?

Shanaya:wahi jise dudhte hue mere paas aaye the

Shanaya puts her hand on Azlan's cheeks

Shanaya: tumhare saath tumhre paas hi thi wo hamesha se bilkul waise jaise Aaj hai

Shanaya looks at Azlan's hands. As soon as Azlan looks at his right side, the light that was with him starts to fade away.And he sees Azka with him she is wearing a red suit and smiling at him and holding Azlan's hand

Now Azlan understands that the one who got him out of that dark room and the one who is still walking with him was Azka.Azlan turns to Azka and touches her cheeks, they both smile at each other.Azlan gets more closer and touches her face

Azlan:Azka,bahot door reh liya tumse,bas ab main aur door nhi reh sakta.haatho ki laqeero me se paaya hai tumhe Azka meri sabse badi khush kismati ho tum ab jaise kismat me aayi ho waise mere dil meri zindagi bhi ban kar aa jao mere saath mere paas

Azlan:AZKA….MAIN TUMSE PYAA...

Azka:Azlan saab….Azlan saab

Azlan suddenly opens his eyes. He sees that he is in the same hospital room And Azka is standing in front of himn she is looking at him worriedly.

Azka:aap thik hai?..koi bura khawaab dekha tha kya?

Azlan looks at Azka for a few seconds and then answers with a smile.

Azlan:nahi

Azka:koi pareshani hai?

Azlan:pehle thi par ab nhi,ab mujhe sabkuch clear ho gaya hai.

Azka:kya?

Azlan:me bewajah pareshan ho raha tha ,sabkuch accha hoga

Azka: Inshaallah Aap befiqar rahe reports acchi aayegi.

Azlan looks into Azka's eyes. Azka is also looking at him.

Azlan: INSHAALLAH ZARUR AAYEGI,AANA HI PADEGA, AAKHIR KAAR ASAL JAGAH TO WAHI HAI NA HUMARA APNA GHAR.

Azka does not understand what Azlan is saying. On the other hand, Azlan is now completely satisfied, he has no fear in his heart about Azka anymore.

Azka:dekhe jis kaam ke liye aayi thi wo me batana hi bhul gayi,mene aapko ye batana tha na ke aap aunty ko ghar le ja sakte hai meri abhi Dr.umar se baat hui hai

Azlan:Aunty ke sab test ho gaye ?

Than Azka goes to Azlan's call log and sees all his calls She starts checking the calls of that time when Azlan went out to meet someone.

Azlan stands near the lift and the lift door opens. Shirin comes out of the lift with the nurse.

Sherin sees that Azlan is repeatedly looking towards the lift, she understands that Azlan is waiting for Azka.

Azlan is very relaxed and Azka finds it strange. Azlan starts smiling after reading those msgs and Azka notes this.

Azka(to her self):ye hai kaun jiske fazool msgs padh ke ye itne khush ho rahe hai.

Before Azka can ask anything, Azlan starts calling Kamran.

Azlan:hello so sorry yaar me thoda busy tha.

Kamran:kaha hai yaar kitne calls and msgs kiye mene tujhe

Azlan:sorry mera phone nhi tha mere pas but mene padh liye aapke saare msgs

Azlan checks his phone.

Azka:lift hai is me signal problem to hogi na,itna bhi kaunsa zaruri phone call hai jo aap 2 minute sabar nhi kar sakte.

Azlan is surprised to see such behavior of Azka, he does not understand why Azka is so angry

Azlan takes out a small fan from his pocket and attaches it to the mobile and the fan starts running

Hearing this, Azlan silently looks at her with loving eyes.

Azlan:main bhi to yahi chahta hu

And then the light turns on and the lift starts with a jerk,Azka starts to fall due to sudden jerk of the lift but Azlan manages to hold her by the waist.both look into each other's eyes ,After some time the lift comes to the ground floor and the door of the lift starts opening.hearing the lift sound

Azka immediately frees herself from Azlan

Azka:sorry wo ekdum lift chalne se mera balance out ho Gaya tha

Azlan:It's okAzka ,waise to me bhi saari zindagi tumhe aise pakad ke khada reh sakta hu but logo ne lift bhi use karni thi.

both start laughing and come out. And they see Dr.Umar there

Dr.Umar:Ap abhi tak yahi hai?

Azlan:jee ye apni duty kar rahi thi aur me apni.

dr.umar starts laughing

Dr Umar:good going Azka ,keep it up aise hi apne peeche peeche rakho apne husband ko i m with you.

Azka:Dr.Umar aap ne ghar nahi jana?

Umair gets shocked when Azlan says this. He did not think that Azlan would say this in front of Azka. He looks at Azka.He notices that Azka is aware of this as she was not surprised.

Umair:yes we know each others school college me bhi saath the,but Mujhe pehle nahi pata tha ke Azka ki shadi inse hui hai

Azlan:but ab to bahot acchi tarah pata chal gaya na?

Both are shaking hand,, Azka looks at Umair and Azlan, she finds their behavior very strange.She doesn't understand why there is so much rudeness between them

Before Azka can say anything, Azlan gets a call from kamran. He disconnects the call and starts taking voice notes.

Hearing this, Azka again starts thinking that who is she and why she is calling Azlan so much.Both come out of the hospital. And they stop at the gate.

Azlan knows that if he offers a lift to Azka, she will refuse. And on the other hand, Azka's mind is stuck with the unknown caller.Both are thinking about each other. Azlan looks at Azka who seems to be lost in some thought.

Azlan:Azka kya hua?koi pareshani hai?

Azka:nahi!!!! Kuch bhi nahi !!! Wo..wo me bas chalti hu

Azlan is disappointed to hear this, both look at each other.

Azlan:ok khayaal rakhna Allah hafiz

Azka doesn't like Azlan asking her to leave so suddenly, she can't understand what she wants.she wanted to stay she wanted azlan to stop her Azka looks at Azlan and then walks away.Azlan stands there and he calls someone after thinking for a while

After sometime

Azka is waiting for a taxi when a car stops beside her and Umair comes out of the car

Umair:Azka aao main chod deta hu.

Azka:nahi shukriya me texi le lugi mene waise bhi pehle kisi aur jagah Jana hai

Umair:no problem jaha jaha bologi waha waha le jauga yu samjh lo ye texi hai aur main driver aa jao bas ab, waise bhi shaam hone wali hai.

Azka starts laughing hearing this and sits in the car with Umair.

Next scene

Azlan comes near the car.

Azlan:aunty aap peeche kyu bethi hai?

Shirin:Azka ne aana tha na.kaha hai wo?

Azlan sits in the car.

Azlan:wo chali gayi

Shirin:chali gayi!!! par kyu?

Azlan:use apni mom ke Ghar Jana tha isliye

Shirin does not say anything, she understands that Azka is not coming home because of her.

Shirin:Azlan mujhe Shanaya ke paas le jaoge?

Azlan:abhi?

Shirin:ha me Ghar Jane se pehle usse milna chahti hu

After sometime Azlan's car stops at the graveyard. Azlan takes Shirin and goes towards Shanaya's grave.As soon as both go near the grave, they see Azka who is offering flowers on the grave.Azlan is happy to see Azka But Shirin stops there seeing her

Azlan:kya hua?

Shirin:azlan me Azka ka samna nhi kar sakti

Azlan:aunty is jagah se acchi jagah ho hi nahi sakti Azka se baat karne ke liye

Shireen looks at Azlan who is giving her courage

Azlan: aaye !!!

Both come near Shanaya's grave. Azka turns back at their sound.she is shocked to see them first And than she immediately starts to leave but Azlan stops her by holding her hand.Azka turns to look at Azlan. Azlan is still holding her hand and he pulls her closer to him.Azka is standing with her face down and Azlan is looking at her

Azka: mujhe…mujhe der ho rahi hai.mujhe Jana hai

Azlan:chali Jana nahi rokunga par abhi aunty ko tumse kuch baat karni hai.

azka turns her eyes to azlan

Azlan:mene tumse kaha tha na mere liye har cheez se pehle tumhri izzat hai.Yaqeen karti ho na mera ?

Azka doesn't speak but Azlan can read her eyes.He smiles looking at Shanaya's grave and then does Fatiha.

He starts to leave but then comes to Azka and speaks softly to her.

Azlan:pareshan na hona me yahi bahar hu.

Azlan goes out and stands near his car

Shirin stands near Shanaya's grave and then looks at Azka who is standing with her face down.
