Gaiti tells Asfi she's joining the hospital and Asfi is obv shocked.

Z welcomes Gaiti at the hospital and when she's introducing Gaiti to Dr Haroon and other doctors, Asfi comes there to prolly make coffee. BUT WE KNOW HE CAME TO TAAROFY HIS WIFE

Gaiti gives them news that Faryal is coming over to meet them. Aunty feels that Asfi will be heartbroken to see her again but Usman says, "Asfi mera beta hai. He won't create a fuss about Faryal coming over." 😆

omgg Dr Haroon proposes Zubia ainvayi in the cafeteria with a rose and Asfi comes there and has a brief look at them while Dr Haroon is presenting that rose and constantly repeating "Tum meri zindagi mein wahid larki ho" or sth 😆 The camera didn't focus on Asfi for long and his reaction wasn't elaborated.
