Tere bina:

The first half kept me engrossed, but the second half was tedious and repetitive. The highlight for me were two scenes:

1. The scene where pakeeza's dad (what's his name?) talks about the importance of education in women. Education is a tool for empowerment in women, be literary or non literary. An educated woman also benefits the society as a whole; she has the skills, knowledge and self confidence to be a better parent, spouse and a citizen of the society. Like pakeeza's Dad said an educated woman generations "Sawarti" hain.
Pakistani dramas have many times raised the issue of education in women!

2. The second scene which in my opinion was very powerful was when umair promises to pakeeza that he will not be "cordial" with bushra; and in the very next scene he happily replies to Bushra that he will come back soon. He was surprised at himself for saying it genuinely (or was it just my imagination)?

One more point: it's so irritating when pakeeza asks umair to not be nice to bushra, to not be happy when he is close to her; I mean bushra is his wife! He HAS to respect her, treat her like his wife. And if he is not treating pakeeza as his wife, I'm sorry but that was her choice. Umair may not be just with pakeeza, but she has no right to tell him how to treat his other wife. The one other conversation that was impactful was the one between bushra and her mother. Being married I can say that the advice she gave bushra was spot on!

The girl playing Bushra (what's her name?) is perfect for this role. She and Sami Khan look super cute together. I know the end point is umair and pakeeza (I think) but I can dream right?

Zubayr is just plain creepy. Or is it just me??

@abby: yes Sami looked super nice in that striped T Shirt (but it was grey and white NOT black/white). What phone are you using habibti? Get a new one . Btw, my husband has a similar T Shirt.

Nice review Sana. Pakeeza is becoming a boring character in my opinion.
She chose to run away with Umair.
She chose to accept Umair second marriage ( she did make up for Bushra)
Now she is complaining and telling Umair how to behave with Bushra...
I don't feel any sympathy for Pakeeza, instead I feel bad for Bushra.

Umair looked very handsome in that stripe.

For the first time I am not excited about watching the episode. I feel bored , coz there is no improvement in the story. The same thing always happens to GEO shows after 15 episodes. such as Dhani and KAM2.

I'm looking forward to it. When I watch a show, I have to complete it no matter what. seriously I don't find , the other male leads from other shows attractive enough to keep my attention. I mean no fawad, no mohib,no adeel. And I'm not attracted to gora rang.
