So it goes in the novel like Wali is in Karachi in the last week of March. He returns on the very night of 31st. During that week, Faraah used to sleep in his room every night thinking that he would never know. Nobody knew cuz in the novel, Arjumand was dead and Ruhi never came to the haveli. Zarmeena was at her own home... but apparently, Wali found out that she had been sleeping in his room. :P These are some bits of their convo that happened on the morning of 1st April.

"Aur main yaqeen kyun na karta? Aisa sakht dil bhi nahin hoon ke ek intihaai khud sar and mu phatt larki mere liye naik parveen aur pardah nasheen ban jaye. Mai kya khata, kya peeta, kya karta hoon ka 24 ghante hisaab rakhe. Chup chup kar mere kamre ke baahir meri baatein sune. Main uski pakai hui cheezein nahin khata, uski mohabbat nazar nahin aati jesi shikayatein AJ se karey. Main ghar se chala jaon tou baray itmeenaan se pooray haq se mere kamre mein aa kar sona shuru karde..' [Why wouldn't I believe? I'm not that hard hearted that my wife would start covering her head, become well mannered.. would keep a watch on what I eat, drink and do.. would hear my conversations from outside my room.. complain about me to AJ that I don't eat her cooked food and ignore her love.. when I am not at home, she would come and sleep in my room with full right]

"Mujhe kamre mein ghuste hi yeh ehsaas hogaya tha ke somebody has been into my room in my absence. Lekin mujhe zyada sochna na para kyunke aap jesi zaheen khatoon mere liye ek saboot chor ke gayi thi." [As soon as I entered my room when I returned from Karachi, I knew somebody had been here in my absence. But I didn't have to think a lot. Because an intelligent woman like you left a proof for me]

Faraah left her clip on his bed one night.. that was the proof. 😆

"Ye (clip) bilkul mere pillow ke paas para tha. Shukar hai ise main ne hi dekha. Agar AJ ya koi aur dekh leta tou mujh becharay ki umar bhar ki parsaai dhari ki dhari reh jaati. Main masoom tou phir umar bhar apni sharafat sabit karta hi reh jata." [This clip was just beside my pillow. Thankfully, it was I who saw it. Had AJ or anyone else seen it, my piousness would have been doubted. I would have been left proving my good manners all my life]

Faraah goes like, "Tum mujhe nervous kar rahe ho Wali. I came here mistakenly"

"Kal raat galti se ayi thi lekin us se pichli raaton ko tou ayi thi na? Ya tumhari cheezein khud chal ke mere room mein a jati thi?" [You coming here last night was a mistake but what about the nights before that? Or your things walked into my room on their own?]

Faraah goes all shy.

Then Wali is like, "Suno Faraah, tum kya mujhse sharma rahi ho? Agar aisa hai tou ye is sadi ka sab se hairat angaiz inkishaaf hoga ke Faraah Behroze Khan jesi bahadur larki sharmaya bhi karti hain." [Faraah, are you shying away from me? If it is so then it must be the most shocking revelation of the century that a brave woman like Faraah Behroze Khan knows how to shy]

Yup, she is shown married in the book and has a pair of twins as well. I wish they showed her married in the drama because Wali was such a cute uncle to Z's kids 😳
