I think this premise starts somewhere you are imagining when Nofil asks where he can meet. It basically was after Nofil tells Sartaj Chachi that he feels nothing for Meenu. And she runs away after giving the medicine.
But then, kab aur kahan mil sakte hain scene also happened at that time, so can say, it's set somewhere there.
