"Payal" character from Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon gave you immense popularity. How do you grab that role?

I was doing "Dhund Lenge Manzil Hame" and I signed one contract with Imagine too. Somehow I bumped into ex-director of Dill Mill Gaye and he was also producer of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. He did not recognize me. Then I said I worked for you in Dill Mill Gaye. Then he said "Will you do my other show?" Then I gave audition and I got selected.

The show once again aired in Hot-Star app with finite episode of epilogue, how does it feel after three years also, when you get same love from fans?

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon given me something which I can't describe. People come to India from UK and USA to meet us. They love us. They actually following us in real life too. I haven't seen such fan following in my whole career. This show has given me good exposure. I'm over whelmed with much love and appreciation from them.
