If Trump changes immigration policies.. like H1B, Birth Citizenship, etc.. it will affect the children born in US to Indians, Chinese, etc ( who are working in US as they are neither Green Card Holder nor a US Citizen themselves. )

To repeal the constitutional law is not that easy. I was discussing this point with one of my patients who works for court and she said it is nearly impossible to repeal any amendments or constitutional law even with veto power. I know the immigration system in US is one of the effed up system but still to change it is a long road to go. N you know how much revenue H1B filing and renewals generate ?? Govt can’t deny easy money flow. Plus they come legally and pay taxes unlike someone who just came via crossing the border.

They can repeal the laws signed by previous governments but can not repeal the constitution.

The point with illegal immigration and migrant situation yes he can work to resolve the problem but he needs more workforce to get into action that too takes time.

This is the era of right wing conservative politics. The liberals did not care the hate they were generating with their excesses that pushed even the moderates towards the right wing.

I think it is not correct to say that Harris lost because she's a woman. That's not the only reason but her exceesive liberal agenda put fear in peoples' minds.

It's not just US but it's happening in Europe too. People are becoming more conservative in reaction to the excesses of liberals.
