BTW, what does the judgement says in case of medically dangerous pregancies that are detected in later stages?

State rights.

If the state says no,

Can the family file a case on state in higher court?

Because these men don’t care about the fetus. That fetus is just an excuse to control women and their bodies within a society.

As far as I know states that have banned abortion make no exception to saving the life of the mother unless the fetus is considered dead.

It being overturned by SCOTUS means higher court operates according to state law unless it comes on ballot and gets reinstated in the states' law via popular votes. My American PubEd has become very rusty so someone from the States can inform you better.

Let’s see…judicial bias with a political hack as a judge, prosecutorial misconduct where the DA campaigned on getting Trump and pursued a case for political gain, jury manipulation where the jurors were cherry picked from the bluest of blue region thus excluding certain demographics, mainstream media influence, lack of due process when the judge denied the defense certain evidences and witnesses, not to mention gag orders on the defendant, does this kangaroo court β€œverdict” matter?

Russia hoax didn’t matter to close to 75 million Americans in 2020. This sham political prosecution wouldn’t matter to as many, if not more, Americans this coming November. Thanks but no thanks to β€œprogressives” for trying to turn America into a banana republic!

They can. Let me give you an example using Texas as the state.

A sues official B (let's say the Attorney General of Texas) in state trial or federal district court (basically bottom tier / first hurdle judiciary) claiming that Texas' anti-abortion law violates their rights.

Depending on the ruling, one party will likely appeal the decision. That goes to the appellate level (one tier higher). Depending on that ruling, one party will again appeal to either the State Supreme Court level (if they went through state courts = highest tier in state judiciary).

Regardless, one party will eventually try to get a Writ of Certiori. That's basically a petition to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) that says something like "hey! we have this issue, we think it's something that will affect everyone! we really need you to take a look at this and make a ruling!"

But because SCOTUS receives so many writs and they can only hear so many cases, they accept a small fraction of that so your issue has to be significant for them to hear it. Then, the SCOTUS justices will hear it and issue their verdict. Given the current conservative majority, it would be unlikely to reverse the ruling and making abortion a protected federal right once again.

As you can tell - it's a long and hard process. Here's the kicker - let's say that A wins in the lowest court and is granted an injunction (a court order that basically requires a party to do something or refrain from doing something). If B appeals, then that injunction is automatically stayed until the appellate court hears and makes their ruling.

That being said - the alternative would be to get a bill to be passed in the state courts granting abortion rights. In a conservative state - there's a low chance of that happening.

Hope that helps!
