I may be wrong, but as far as I know and see, i highly doubt so. It’s not about Ukraine Putin war. Ukraine is just the front. It’s US fighting with Russia as Putin wants more land and power which US won’t let them. That’s why US is helping Ukraine. U.S. wants to maintain being the most superpower country. They won’t let Putin take over Ukraine and other countries around that region of Europe. Of course, Trump was against giving money to Ukraine as he wasn’t the president. But now he will as he has tto main US superpower and make sure Putin doesn’t win. That’s if he’s not a traitor. I highly doubt the people behind making these decisions will let Trump stay in power if he just decides to let Putin take over. The same thing happened for his 2016 presidency campaign when he hated Saudi and said he will break US ties with them once he becomes the president. But once he became the president, he increased the funding to Saudi even more.

The fact is birthright citizenship is a 14th amendment of the US constitution passed in 1868 so to repeal the constitutional law is not that easy.
