Regarding the GDP growth, you can't consider growth numbers in isolation and without context. Global rate of growth, recession, domestic ppp, rate in comparison wrt China matters. The stats are in this government's favour. I'm happy to have a full-fledged discussion in good faith, but not with half-baked headlines.

Horrible candidate selection, half the candidates Yogi proposed were rejected. Shah has been wanting to put him in place for long. Also BSP votebank transferred their votes this time.

It would have been fine even if Cong or BSP had won all these seats in UP, but SP winning is just plain horror.

A significant cut in clout is what was needed for Modi and kudos to the people of India for doing the needful. He is good but he was trying to become dictatorial and that is always dangerous for democracy. RSS will always have my respect and now thankful to the loss of clout, RSS will get back in the driving seat.
