I doubt he made any such demands. In any case, he is not getting either of them. But yes he may be accommodated with 2 cabinet berths and same with Nitish Kumar.
Nitish Kumar do not have that much leverage also as his Government is standing with support of BJP.
TDP sure is in a position to make such demands. However, these are plum positions. They sure ain't getting it
