I really like his views. Quite practical and real. Sitting in a corner of a world we tend to judge the show, channel, creatives and contestants but fact is just because of the show these contestants are becoming famous and can plan their future. Creatives are successful in doing that for most contestants even II12. Commercializing show is important at the end of the day its business not about ethics and bringing up great talent. So as long as contestants are getting something out of show all other things are acceptable.

It is just sad that even though the show throws money around, the only money that the contestants make (other than top 3 winners) is largesse from musicians after they get MBD's! That is if you believe that Sayli was quoted correctly in the media.

Yeah. Truth of the industry they chose. Good thing for all girls in this season is they are quite young. They can plan their career slowly while studying. They can build on the popularity they got now and try to stand on their own.

I didn't get your last line. What does Sayli was quoted correctly mean? Have they quoted wrong name of her?

Sayli said she bought paithani saree for her mother by the money she got as a reward from musicians after getting MBD for her performances

Do they get money when they get MBD for performance? I didn't know this. I thought it's just a gesture when they like performance.

Nice to hear Sayali's gift. Her mother seems to be fond of sarees many times she asked questions also no. Good gift.
