Lol that's not just organizational behaviour - that's psychologically how humans are designed. It's never our fault - always someone or something else's. The dog ate my homework. Excel crashed while I was working on that file. XYZ was supposed to edit. This is all XYZ's fault. Take your pick.

You are right. Blame and shame is common all over the world. But I studied psychological behavior of employers and employees in an organizational setup. When people make mistakes at any level of organizational hierarchy, they tend to put blame on others rather than taking responsibility of their own actions. I believe Karan is talking about his business in his quote.

Definitely. I know the course you studied. Probably not the same place, but I think Organizational Behaviour is Organizational Behaviour in any school, uni, city, and country.
