Lack of space in Mumbai.The site looks small.They have used the full site and built it right close to the road, without any privacy...The older homes have setbacks..lawns at the back..many have lawn and the sea.

its so close to the road, not safe at all. Someone can easily shoot at the windows just saying god forbid.

Lol, they are not in some gangster land. There are a billion and a half people living along with them, Why and how would people shoot randomly through the windows?

Didnt someone just recently fire at Salmans building ? They drove by and shot a few times towards the gate or the wall.

How many houses do they need?
