A lot of people have recommended yoga to me. It is not just great for physical health but also your mental well-being. I have been meaning to try it for some time now.

I love doing it
Only exercise for which u don't need to push yourself to start..Yoga is addictive ....I cant live without it...so soothing.... Great stress and anxiety crusher as well..
Each posture of yoga stimulates a certain gland...there is a whole science behind every aasan of it, unlike other exercises.
Having carbs and keeping fit in trips abroad
Have to learn a lot from her
they are always in holidays, every after few weeks
