Everyone reacts differently when they get anxious. Some laugh, while others get angry. She seems to be the former. She looks taken aback at first, but then the lady next to her looks like she tries to grab her to stop her from tripping. It is forced nervous laughter. Had she reacted with anger there would have been some who would have said that she overreacted and that man's intention wasn't bad. He is a "good man" etc. The fact that she has been forced to put out a message on social media about this incident really does say everything about who holds the power.

Whether it is big MNC It company or tollywood how seniors and bosses behave is very similar

They think its their birth right to humiliate and misbehave with junior woman

Dare this balayya do this with a senior actress like saroja devi or sridevi or ramya kurishna etc never they will act so respectful in front of senior woman above their age or same age

This kind of behaviour is not only film industry

Big big MNC this happens with senior band boss behaving badly with woman and just to save job they have to laugh and bear

Bollywood all this is hidden never comes out at all like south industry because these khans, akshay, ajay, and amitabh can destroy careers and have powerful PR and connections unlike south heroes so all this never comes out from studio to public at all its all hush hush. Bollywood heroes act like saints in public events and press all their misbhev happens away from public as they all have carefully crafted PR images

On other hand balayaa and south heroes do not care much for pr or spoiled image etc so time to time these things keep coming out from south

This is how powerful rich men in position of power behave with junior women across industrys - its not balayya problem alone or south hero problem

Its same with rape cases in south india. Most rape cases come out in public or to police compared to north where no family or woman will dare go police station in fear. That does not mean rape happens more in south. Its just that south people are progressive more brave police are much better even politicians are much better woman have no much fear to file complaints. So woman put cases bravely and more cases come out in public

rather than saying ballaya or south is bad Bollywood is better(joke of century) we must think how men are brought up by family and society
