What a dumb statement to make. smiley11 Please educate yourself on the difference between real feminism and pseudo-feminism.

Feminism was never a movement of isolating men, or making them suffer or believing in things like "we don't need men". That is a basta**ized version of Feminism, ruined by some dumb so-called "feminist" who turned feminism into a man-hating movement.

Maybe that's what she's talking about...

"In Atlantic City, women threw — but, contrary to lore, did not incinerate — bras. (Officials prohibited having a fire on the boardwalk.) Also girdles, makeup, high heels, girlie mags, all deemed “instruments of female torture.” They were tossed into the “Freedom Trash Can.” The protesters passed out leaflets — mimeographed literature was a hallmark of the movement — while a large crowd gathered; some taunted the protesters, though Morgan recalls “how friendly the bystanders were.”

But the myth of bra-burning stuck. Critics jumped all over the idea, labeling the women hairy-legged and humorless. But the participants had a ball. “It felt very joyous and free,”

It was, along with other feminine items tossed in the trash can but never incinerated. Having a fire on the Broadway was prohibited.

This article says although not a single bra was burned that day, the myth has persisted, efforts to deny it have been unsuccessful. People like it maybe and want to believe it even if it didn't happen, just like many events in history and pop culture

Love Nora....smiley27

If only people understood what feminism was supposed to be.....and now it is these pseudo feminists who have literally......messed up the society......everywhere.......Feminism is about equal rights.....it doesn't give women the right to pester and harass men at the drop of a hat...
