Any suspicions she may have had are definitely confirmed here when her husband is making saying those salacious lines to Rekha. They're practically stuck together so I don't see how this is only an insult to Rekha's husband and not Jaya herself. Her reactions tell us everything.

Both jata n sanjeev's character 's expressions changes n both understood their spouses have EMA.
