I pray daily morning in my small home temple which I have decorated myself with flowers. I go to the nearby temple every Sunday.

What's the meaning of these two shlokas?

Karagre vasate Lakshmi : Lakshmi resides on the top part of the hand

Karamadhye Saraswathi: Saraswathi in the middle

Karamuley Govinda: Govinda at the lower part of the hand.

Prabhate kar darshanam: I get their darshan in the morning.

You have to say this shloka with palms open held together. Look at the top, middle and base of the palms as you say it. Once done join your hands together, rub them together for a few seconds and then over your face. Ready for the day!

Your karma, your destiny, your divine is in your hands. That is how I interpret this shloka.

Samudra vasane Devi: Devi whose robes are the ocean.

Paravata sthan mandale: The mountains as her bosom.

Vishnupatni namastubhyam: Wife of Vishnu, Namaste.

Paadsparsham Kshamasvame: Forgive me for touching you with my feet.

**I have not used IAST so only people who are familiar with devnagri or are familiar with Shlokas and Sanskrit/Hindi/Marathi will get the proper pronunciation.

Thank you so much for this. I am going to do this in my daily morning prayers.

Prayers for me is to take God's name, let him know everything that is in my heart. Sometime I cry, say thank you, sometime I blame him only to go back to him again. That's my way of praying.

My father in law was a very spiritual person......He told me once that you can ask God for something....just like you would ask your mother....bilkul zidd pakad lo.....😆....I tried it and it does feel so good.....throwing tantrums in front of Bhagwan ji..❤️😆

Whenever I am restless/scared or upset....I just recite the Mahamrityunjay jaap....if the jaap is correct...it has the ability to calm you down.....Our shlokas and mantras are not just chants.....there is a whole science behind the chants and how they work......but they have to be chanted in the correct way.....a lot of things in Hinduism are very scientific.......like why we put the sindoor bindi on the forehead.......that is why we say that Hinduism is a way of life rather than just being a religion...❤️
