After shower I say the Gayatri Mantra at my home Mandir.

Evening I light a lamp at my Mandir and say the Gayatri mantra again.

I rarely go to the temple but I need to start doing that.

Two powerful shlokas which not only let us express our gratitude but also our care and awareness about the almighty and His creations.I don’t get down the bed and put my feet on the floor before saying these two shlokas. A habit my dad taught us from the time like we were less than 10. He taught us the meaning and significance of those shlokas which helped us get them imprinted into our brains.

I don't know, like whenever I feel like praying (if I'm disturbed, deeply upset or thankful or happy) I start chanting His name. It can be whenever, and wherever. Never counted.

That is so cool that your father taught you this when you were little!

I learnt these as an adult. My parents as most parents of my friends, did not really teach all this.

We had a mandir at home. Mom did pooja in the morning, Dad lit the diya in the evening but us kids were not told to do any of that.

Only time I did a Namaskar at the Mandir was during Dassehra, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi etc.

I can't remember. I don't know if I'm agnostic or an atheist. I just don't feel like praying.

Every second & God knows it. 🙏✨

Prayers for me is to take God's name, let him know everything that is in my heart. Sometime I cry, say thank you, sometime I blame him only to go back to him again. That's my way of praying.
