He should be freed of his license or at least significantly fined. Frivolous lawsuits like this clogging up the court system is why valid court cases languish for years in an over burdened system.
Absolutely true, because of these type of loser lawyers, the real cases take up to years just for a first date. Some cases can even take up to 20 years just for judgement.
