It's very clear that Bollywood thinks that it is beyond law and order, they think they can get away that with anything. They are so tight knitted, that they know each other's shady secrets and will do anything that threatens to expose it.
Not only that, they have the audacity to defend, illegal activities, criminals, druggists,metoo culprits and casting couch, and everything that's wrong for a normal hardworking citizen.
They definitely have the help from politicians who provide cover in dirty power players & their goons like in Mumbai Maha Govt.

First of all ...u accuse a man but you are unable to provide a date....a big disadvantage to the accused as how are they supposed to defend themselves when they are not even given a date....Payal said that she went to Kashyap's house with her manager...and it happened the next day...contact your manager...maybe they remember the date....they must have taken an appointment.....there has to be a date somewhere.....I can understand that it was traumatic for Payal and it made her forget the date...ask the manager...
Secondly...the timing of when she chose to accuse Kashyap is another problem for me...why now...although I agree that a victim of molestation can and should have the right to narrate her story any time......but Kashyap was given indirect threats by a couple of people...like Ravi Kishen and a couple of others.....that is why my problem.......
The same problem that I had when Kangna's office was demolished by BMC.....everyone asked about why now....clearly SS had indirectly given a warning to Kangna and all the citizens...do not take panga with us...you will pay the price otherwise...if the structure was illegal...BMC could have demolished it the day they did...
This thing makes me very very scared.....what kind of example does it set ....I am scared for my male family members and friends.....tomorrow some employee can accuse my husband...or my brother....just to get back at them...it can happen to the ones who are now gleefully bashing Kashyap and taking Pooja's words for the truth...
I am hoping that if this is true AK is punished but if not he takes Pooja to task...because its very easy for women to tarnish someone's reputation and spoil life just by making a false accusation...kind of how the dowry law is being abused by many educated women just to keep their husbands away from their family....happened with my cousin brother......so I know how manipulative women can be....so we have to be very cautious....
Also Pooja used the names of 3 other women in a derogatory way, Richa Chaddha, Huma Quereshi and there is one more...she said that AK told her that he can call these 3 anytime he wants and they would come willingly.....that was very mean to involve 3 other women for nothing......she doesn't remember the date...but she remembers everything else..🤔
