[QUOTE=coldbrew]
Why does it matter what movies people were watching or not watching before SSR's death? This entire outcry is about how public's mind has been manipulated with carefully crafted media content by the bollywood bigwigs and how talent gets suppressed. - Did I say anywhere that those who didn't watch his films before can not watch his film now? Also, where did you get the idea of I was talking about him? Things like this didn't happen for the 1st time, miss.
But if everything is done by media or the bigwigs, when are we planning to use our brains. Don't tell me after each time someone dies, & that too just for a while.
By saying that only staunch fans of SSR are allowed to condemn the nepotism/favoritism and its effect on talented struggling actors, you are also implying that the rest of the people who are equally disgusted don't have the right to condemn it, which is incorrect. - I never said that. But the same bunch who bashed him for nothing now suddenly bashing others for him. That's hypocrisy.
People in general were NOT aware of the agenda driven character assassination/blind items that ruin people's careers. Those bolly bigwigs allegedly pull the strings to target only certain people who are deemed as "threats" to the current lot of nepo kids and that's another case might see the light of day or it might not. It's still up in the air even though SSR's family is currently pursuing the Rhea case. - Blind items been there since forever. Yes, they do have the capability to ruin someone's career & life. Politics exists in everything & at the end of the day all we can do is to stick to our ground & fight for what we believe & what is right & in the right way. I won't comment on SSR's case because like 1K other people I don't wanna make my own theory. Beside, I don't know what's your point here. Because for all I knew this topic had nothing to do with either KR or SSR.
Lastly, humanity comes above all to a lot of people. It's your prerogative if you prioritize entertainment over everything else and don't care who is dishing it out as long as you're entertained but that's not how it is for everyone else. - & Lastly, humanity comes above all , YES! but just because it comes above all doesn't mean one has to be overly generous to those who uses other human or their emotions to their benefit.
Also, if you don't know about something or someone then you should just zip it & leave.
They are actors, suppose to act not play politics & isn't it the reason why people are mad? " Bigwigs ganging up against outsiders " etc? Weren't you just now pointing how everything is well crafted & manipulated by the media to push the mediocre forward while genuine talent is fading away etc.? Then what's wrong if an audience want to watch what they like, find interesting? They are actors, suppose to entertain, no? & I said, if they are good, I'd watch. Nomatter it's an outsider or insider. I'm not here for their dramas. The moment I see something that's unethical, I will watch anything thst has them anymore. Simple.
If you expect one to bully someone coz they bullied someone else, then what does that make you?
You can fight your battle with the right weapon that's the truth. You can't be manipulative & pretend to be goody 2 shoes. That's pathetic.

Try to stick to the topic next time.
