I guess Hema’s SAG fans are the ones doing more bakbak in this thread but Sri’s fans seem to be the silent majority here

But the lead is not that big...

We are just reminiscing about two great movies. Who cares which movie wins the poll. They aren't up for awards any time soon. Also we cant shove our own choice down other people's throat.

I choose not to vote as both are so entertaining. it's too tough to pick a fav. Rajni- Sri, Shakti-Sri scenes were lit. Can't recall scenes from SnG but I remember when we saw it on DD1 we imitated it's dialogues for months.

Seeta aur Geeta has an ensemble cast with the whole movie being a better movie and a better entertainer...

But Chaal baaz on the other hand was a one woman show and full credit to Sridevi for that, because she makes the movie worth a watch!

That is the line of the movie. My cousins and I use to remember this movie by that line when we were in grade school.

"Neecha aja beti. Upar aja moti." 🤣🤣

I wanted to post that line alone to describe the comedy but I thought it might be a little rude.

Ditto. When I did not know about political correctness as a child. But I hesitated to post it. Your post made me feel less guilty to acknowledge it.

Is Chachi's name Manorama? My neighbour aunty had called her Tun Tun. I had presumed, that's her name.
