Yes thats him, but that doesnt mean that his film with varun will be on that level. Lets not forget Varun's dialogue delivery and that tapori slang that he has naturally.

Though the film didn't do well, Varun's performance was outstanding in Badlapur.I had dismissed him as just another chocolate boy after SOTY and Humpty Sharma. And he made me sit up and take notice. Part of the credit certainly goes to the script and Sreeram Raghavan. But Varun does have potential.I do wish he'd stop doing these mediocre films with his family.He's capable of so much more.

Whether it’s Badlapur or Humpty - he’s only

good in roles where he has to speak like a tapori. That’s his biggest issues too tapori like. Even in his new song with Nora when he says ac chalado yaar - he sounds too tapori-ish


tell him to do something like War or Kabir Singh and then all of his weakness will he exposed. He won’t be able to pull it off cuz he doesn’t have the right way of speaking for it
