Hero and heroine hate each other at first but must live together. They must also pretend to be married so their landlord doesn't kick them out. Landlord's wife has the hots for the hero. Hero #2 gives the heroine a job at his store, and starts falling for her thinking she is some rich man's daughter. Rich man starts thinking his wife is having an affair with hero #2. There's a lot of confusion.
