Zoya Akhtar extends birthday wishes to her 'favourite boy' Farhan Akhtar with an unseen childhood picture

We are quite aware about some of the most adorable brother-sister duos in the fraternity and one of them surely is Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar. Today, Farhan marks his birthday and while wishes and greetings have been pouring in for the actor-filmmaker from all across the country, his sister Zoya has something special in store for him.

A few hours ago, Zoya Akhtar took to her Instagram handle and shared a rare and super adorable childhood picture of Farhan, that will definitely melt your hearts. Sharing the picture, she penned a note that read, "Birthday Boy. I♥️You More Each Year ♥️ #favboy #wishyouhealthpeaceandhappiness @faroutakhtar"

Shibani Dandekar, Farhan Akhtar's wife, was one of the first people to react to the photograph. She complimented the actor-director as "the cutest" in her comment. A heart-shaped emoji was used by Abhishek Bachchan to wish Farhan as well.

Farhan made his writing, directing, and producing debut with the 2001 film Dil Chahta Hai, at the age of 26. He is the son of screenwriters Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani. Rock On!! was the beginning of his acting career. He received two Filmfare Awards for his performance in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011), including Best Supporting Actor.  Additionally, he has also  directed "Don" and "Don 2"

He is currently preparing to helm the road-trip drama "Jee Le Zaraa," in which Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, and Katrina Kaif will feature in the lead roles. The movie's script was co-written by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti and released under the Excel Entertainment label last year.

Alia Bhatt dispelled all rumours in a media interview while she was pregnant, debunking previous rounds of rumours about whether the movie happening or not. 

Meanwhile, Zoya Akhtar recently wrapped up the filming of her much-anticipated film 'The Archies', which will mark the debut of 3-star kids viz Khushi Kapoor, Suhana Khan, and Agastya Nanda.
