Sony Entertainment Television's latest offering 'Appnapan... Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan' has captured the hearts the audience with its emotionally heartfelt narrative. Starring Cezanne Khan and Rajshree Thakur, the show revolves around an estranged couple Nikhil and Pallavi, who are driven apart by ego, and how they pave their way to make their family complete.

Single parents to their own set of kids, Pallavi is a loving helicopter mom to Badal, Barkha and Gagan while Nikhil is a celebrity chef who struggles to be emotionally available to his children Manna and Harsh. Both Both Pallavi and Nikhil face their own challenges of parenting owing to their past.

Actor Mehak Ghai, who is portraying the character of Manna (Nikhil’s daughter), has been much appreciated for her portrayal of the tempestuous teenager. Ahead of International Yoga Day on the 21st of June, the actress expressed her love for Yoga.

Mehak said, "My favorite Yoga asana is Sukhasana because it has a relaxing effect on the mind and body which is helpful in reducing stress and anxiety. Also, Yoga really helps me in focusing and hence it helps you to make you more attentive and alert. It strengthens the back muscles and improves the overall body posture. As I always say "Yoga is a key to one’s good health” because truly this ancient form of keeping the body and mind fit and it’s truly a brilliant way to start your mornings."
