Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Muskaan’s outrage & Abhimanyu’s arrival gives rise to a turbulent twist

In the episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai tonight, new development unfolds. Muskaan's (Shambhavi Singh) outrage sparks as Akshara (Pranali Rathod) and Manish allow Abhimanyu (Harshad Chopda) to stay with them. However, Muskaan strongly disapproves. Abhimanyu, carrying his belongings, insists on maintaining his workout routine, but Akshara reminds him that he's a doctor, not a model. Despite this, he emphasizes the importance of fitness. Akshara arranges the guest room for him, observed by Surekha and Muskaan, which agitates Muskaan. Surekha takes advantage of this to poison Muskaan's mind against Abhimanyu, highlighting how everyone seems to have moved on from Abhinav's (Jay Soni) memory.

Aarohi enters the scene and spends time with the family, inquiring about Abhimanyu's stay. Akshara explains that he's staying for Abhir's sake. Aarohi suggests that Ruhi should also stay with Abhimanyu. Meanwhile, Kairav eagerly awaits Abhimanyu and they have lunch together.

However, a picture of Abhinav accidentally falls, triggering a sudden, intense reaction from Muskaan. She accuses Abhimanyu of taking Abhinav's place, expressing her disbelief in Akshara's approval. Akshara rebukes Muskaan for her behavior and defends that everyone does miss Abhinav. Muskaan's accusations escalate, but Kairav intervenes, calling out her selfishness for trying to bring sorrow to the family. Kairav firmly states that they remember Abhinav, but they're attempting to move forward.

Kairav's response sparks a heated exchange between Muskaan and the family. Muskaan claims that they're rushing to forget Abhinav and labels their marriage as a mistake. Kairav confronts her, revealing his disappointment and even expressing that he wouldn't have married her if he knew of her true nature. The family attempts to mediate the argument, but Muskaan threatens to leave for Kasauli. Surekha seeks understanding for Muskaan, asserting that the family is favoring Abhimanyu over her. Akshara and Abhimanyu are concerned about the impact on Kairav and Muskaan's marriage.

Akshara approaches Muskaan, urging her not to let a third person ruin her relationship. Abhimanyu also advises Kairav not to let resentment consume him. Sharing his own experiences of loss and anger, he advises Kairav to choose the right path. Akshara acknowledges her inability to spend much time with Abhinav and implores Muskaan to save her marriage. Both Abhimanyu and Akshara try to bridge the gap between Kairav and Muskaan. Later, Abhimanyu helps Abhir deal with a bedwetting issue, with Akshara's support. It's revealed that Abhimanyu stayed to assist Abhir with his problem, highlighting his empathy.
