Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kaveri urges Abhira to choose between happiness and Armaan

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata episode begins with Ruhi (Garvita Sadhwani) confessing that she and Armaan (Rohit Purohit) were deeply in love. This revelation brings Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) to tears. Ruhi continues, explaining how Abhira's arrival disrupted their relationship. Ruhi believed Armaan was cheating when Abhira answered his call from Mussoorie, leading to a misunderstanding that made her agree to marry Rohit. By the time the misunderstanding was cleared, Ruhi was already engaged to Rohit. Despite wanting to tell their families the truth, Armaan insisted she marry Rohit for the sake of his love. Abhira questions why Ruhi went through with the marriage. Ruhi explains that she couldn't refuse Armaan's request, as he promised never to replace her in his heart, even after marrying Abhira for just a year. She helped settle Abhira, hoping to make her marriage with Rohit work, but fate intervened and Rohit was taken from her. Despite Armaan's reassurances, her hope was shattered again when he married Abhira.

Manish tries to console Ruhi, urging her not to reopen old wounds, but Ruhi insists she needs to let everything out. They all break down in tears. Ruhi accuses Abhira of ruining her life and marriage by becoming the wedding planner, which changed everything for her. Abhira asks why Ruhi never revealed her love for Armaan. Ruhi retorts that it wouldn't have made a difference and accuses Abhira of always causing drama. Abhira points out that they lived together for ten months and she always supported Ruhi, yet Ruhi never told her the truth. Ruhi defends her silence, saying Armaan didn't want her to know.

Dadi questions Abhira's choices:

Suwarna and Surekha blame Abhira for causing trouble in Ruhi's life and urge her to leave. Abhira sits crying as Armaan calls, contemplating telling her the truth. Dadi intervenes, taking Abhira away. Manish insists it's Armaan's fault and wishes for peace and happiness for both girls. Abhira, feeling wronged, asserts she never made a mockery of love and marriage as Ruhi did before leaving. Armaan, conflicted about revealing the truth, ultimately decides to wait for the right time. He reflects on his feelings, realising he truly loves Abhira, who challenges him and brings him out of his comfort zone. Meanwhile, Krish asks if Abhira agreed to meet, and Armaan confirms. Madhav, looking at his wife's photo, muses that while love happens quickly, trust takes time to build, predicting that Maasa will create misunderstandings to keep Armaan and Abhira apart.

Dadi questions Abhira's choices, suggesting that bringing Armaan into her life will also bring insult, sorrow, and deceit. She asks Abhira to consider what she truly wants – happiness, peace, and self-esteem, or Armaan. Abhira meets Armaan, confronting him about his claim that she is his first love, and demands to know about his past. Armaan admits he thought he loved someone else but realised his true feelings only after meeting Abhira.
