Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Manish breaks ties with Abhira

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) attempts to climb the gate but gets stuck. Kaveri mocks Abhira's ambitions of becoming a lawyer, comparing her predicament to Armaan's (Rohit Purohit) situation. She claims Armaan is caught between Ruhi and Abhira and manipulates Abhira. Abhira insists she's unaffected, but Kaveri accuses her of lying and tells her to wait until Armaan wins Ruhi's case, which might reunite Armaan and Ruhi. Kaveri opens the gate and departs, leaving Abhira bewildered. 

Armaan arrives at the right time and offers to help Abhira down. He expresses his desire to stop fighting with her. Abhira speaks kindly to him and encourages him to prepare for the case. Meanwhile, Manish and Swarna worry about Ruhi. Manish feels guilty for stressing Ruhi out, as she overheard him praying for Akshara and her children. He feels bad for her distress.

Abhira and Armaan spend quality time together:

As Abhira and Armaan work on the case, Abhira questions why Armaan insists on working together. Armaan playfully responds, asking if he can't collaborate with his own wife and suggests she should get used to it. Feeling hungry, Abhira initially refuses to make noodles for Armaan but eventually brings him a bowl as well. Armaan, however, expresses a desire to share the noodles from one bowl. Abhira, giving in, insists he eats since she doesn't want to. Reluctantly, Abhira takes a bite that Arman feeds her, and they end up spending quality time together. As they continue working, they eventually fall asleep in each other's arms.

The following day, Poddars find the pair endearing. Kaveri observes them sleeping together, and Armaan is pleased to be close to Abhira. Kaveri urges Armaan to head to court while Krish takes a picture of Abhira and Armaan.

Manish confronts Abhira:

Elsewhere, Ruhi and Manish wait for Armaan. Manish expresses distrust, but Ruhi asks him to have faith. When Armaan and Abhira arrive at court, Abhira is anxious about presenting her case. Armaan assists her, and Ruhi notices their interaction. Armaan presents their argument, and although Abhira is nervous, she perseveres. Armaan thinks she needs more confidence. 

As Abhira waits for the witness, Ruhi decides to bring food to Armaan, but Swarna and Surekha attempt to stop her. Manish confronts Abhira, accusing her of fighting against Ruhi. He expresses regret for trusting her and considering her as part of their family. Manish cuts ties with Abhira, but Armaan stands by her, encouraging her to focus on their case and referring to her as family. Abhira is left feeling broken.
