Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kaveri takes charge, surprises everyone with unexpected move at Abhira's Sangeet

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Kaveri expresses her belief that Abhira’s function won’t go off without issues. Armaan questions how Abhira can be blamed for the rain. Kaveri decides to call off Abhira’s sangeet. Manish, however, firmly stands by Abhira’s side, determined to ensure the sangeet goes ahead as planned. Vidya also supports Abhira and persuades Kaveri to allow the event to proceed. Manisha sarcastically suggests Kaveri stop the rain, which leads to Kaveri scolding her. Manoj intervenes and asks Manisha to stay silent.

Vidya proposes hosting the function at a roadside dhaba, which leaves Kaveri stunned. However, both Manish and Vidya work together to change her mind, much to Abhira's delight. Later, Sanjay complains that they are caving into Abhira's demands. Kaveri, under manipulation, begins to agree, while Ruhi also voices her discontent against Abhira. Madhav and Vidya approach the dhaba owner, attempting to convince him to lend his space for Abhira and Armaan’s sangeet. The owner, however, refuses, citing concerns for his regular customers.

Kaveri convinces the dhaba owner:

Abhira takes it upon herself to persuade the owner but experiences stomach pain, leaving her unsure. She searches for Armaan but resolves to speak with the owner regardless. In an unexpected twist, Kaveri steps in, impressing everyone, including Abhira, by convincing the owner in fluent Punjabi, leaving Abhira in awe of her skills. She compliments Kaveri for her efforts.

Manoj and Manisha arrive with Punjabi attire for the function. Initially, Kaveri refuses to wear borrowed clothes, but Manisha points out their own clothes are soaked from the rain, and Kaveri reluctantly agrees. Abhira is thrilled by the setup, and Manisha credits herself, Madhav, and Vidya for making the arrangements. Abhira expresses her gratitude to Manish, Madhav, and Vidya but continues searching for Armaan. Meanwhile, Armaan is planning a surprise dance for Abhira, which is met with approval from everyone as they watch the couple perform. Abhira then decides to encourage Kaveri to join in the dance, but before Armaan can get too close to her, Krish, Aryan, Charu, and Kiara intervene, irritating him. Krish then organizes a game to pair dancing partners. Sanjay picks Kajal as his partner, while Manoj chooses Surekha. In the meantime, Abhira requests Rohit to persuade Kaveri to dance, with Armaan also pleading for his help. Ruhi, on the other hand, becomes agitated and upset at seeing Swarna attend Abhira's sangeet. Swarna explains that she’s only there for Ruhi’s sake, but Ruhi rudely lashes out at Manish when he attempts to comfort her, reflecting on childhood memories.
