Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Ruhi dares Manisha to expose her

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Manish imagines the consequences of revealing the truth and makes a critical decision to conceal Akshara's truth. Sanjay presses Manish about his connection with Abhira, to which Manish responds that his bond with them is purely heartfelt. 

Sanjay dismissively refers to Abhira as a gold digger, prompting Manish to defend her vigorously. Sanjay then insults Abhira further by suggesting she received charity, which leads Manish to confront him aggressively, holding his collar. Kaveri intervenes, urging Manish to release Sanjay's collar, while Armaan sides with Manish. Kaveri then questions Manish's support for Abhira, probing into his relationship with her. Manish decides to take a significant step by performing rituals on behalf of Abhira, leaving her both astonished and grateful.

Manish takes charge of all the rituals from Abhira's side, starting the ceremony with Armaan and Abhira. Later, Ruhi, watching Abhira’s growing closeness with Manish, becomes increasingly frustrated. As Abhira offers water to Manish, Ruhi crumples an envelope in her anger and attempts to throw it, but Manisha arrives just in time. Manisha urges Ruhi to accept Abhira as Manish has done, highlighting that since Manish has performed the rituals and embraced Abhira as his own daughter, Abhira will soon become Ruhi’s sister and, eventually, the daughter-in-law of the house. Manisha insists that Ruhi must let go of past grievances and welcome Abhira wholeheartedly, as they will be living together.

In response, Ruhi, seething with anger, sets the envelope on fire, startling Manisha. Manisha warns Ruhi to change her attitude toward Abhira or face exposure for allegedly stealing Armaan’s ring. Ruhi retorts that Manisha has no evidence to prove the accusation and that no one would believe her claims without proof. She demands that Manisha stop making threats, asserting that Manisha has no real leverage.

Manisha concedes that she will no longer support Abhira, acknowledging that with Manish's backing, he has the power to silence Kaveri and Sanjay, and could easily handle Ruhi as well. This leaves Ruhi feeling both alarmed and dismayed.

Abhira, seeking clarity, asks Manish about his support. Manish expresses that he has felt a deep connection with her since they first met. Abhira reciprocates, sharing that she feels a familial bond with Manish. Armaan, troubled by the situation, reflects on his struggles to balance his family and Abhira. Rohit reassures him, emphasising that Abhira is capable of handling any challenge and that she is the only one who can manage Armaan's situation effectively. Armaan expresses his gratitude for Rohit's support and requests his continued presence, which prompts Rohit to reminisce about the past. Meanwhile, Ruhi continues to taunt Abhira, accusing her of being dramatic and manipulative. Manish and Abhira are left speechless by the exchange.
