Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kaveri suspects Abhira is pregnant after she faints

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with a lively dance scene featuring Manisha, Vidya, Madhav, and Aryan, who groove to the tune of "Tutak Tutak." Rohit then invites Dadi to be his dance partner. Dadi notices Abhira and Armaan smiling and comments that her back feels stiff, so she’ll stay seated. Abhira feels responsible and mentions that this situation arose because of her. Armaan adds that he also invited Dadi to dance. Meanwhile, Dadi assists a man by lifting a cylinder, prompting the onlookers to speculate that her back issue might be an excuse not to dance. Rohit observes that it appears Dadi has opted out of dancing and apologizes to Abhira.

Abhira approaches Manish for assistance, and he agrees to help. Rohit, Krish, Charu, and Kiara perform to "Ishq Tera Tadpaave," joined by Abhira and Armaan. As the festivities continue, Dadisa feels the program has gone on long enough and suggests ending it. Manish then performs a song, "Aaj Hamare Dil Mein," with Madhav and Vidya dancing alongside. Madhav invites Dadisa to join, and she eventually participates.

Abhira faints:

Armaan queries Abhira about any new ideas, but she feels their marriage alone won't bring happiness. He suggests that they cannot force anyone to be happy and that they will try to convince Dadisa later. Ruhi, reluctant to join, apologises when Rohit insists she should enjoy the celebration. The group dances to "Jitne Bhi Nachne Saare."

Abhira, feeling faint, excuses herself to fetch the chief guest. She returns with a picture of Dadasa, touching everyone emotionally. Abhira expresses that the event would be incomplete without his blessings and encourages everyone to dance as though he is watching. Dadisa takes to the stage, performing "Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai," a song she cherished from her sangeet. The crowd cheers and embraces her warmly.

Suddenly, Abhira collapses, causing concern among Armaan and others. She insists she is fine but asks to be taken home. Dadisa agrees to call a doctor. At home, the doctor arrives and examines Abhira, revealing that she fainted due to not eating throughout the day. She advises a blood test for further clarity and assures that she will inform Kaveri ji about the results, as they are family friends.

Kaveri suspects Abhira:

Ruhi overhears Manish praying fervently to God, expressing his willingness to sacrifice his own life if it could save Abhira, but feeling helpless as all he can do is pray. This prayer enrages Ruhi. Dadi then inquires if there might be a new family member, hinting at the possibility of pregnancy. Dadisa insists that she is concerned about Abhira and Armaan's close bond. Armaan refutes the idea, stating that nothing has happened between them.

The doctor informs that Abhira's fainting was due to hunger and will provide updates after the tests. Vidya shows concern as she absorbs this information.
