Vikrant Massey transforms in 'Blackout': A role like never before, says director Devang Bhavsar

Vikrant Massey is set to dazzle audiences once again with his upcoming role in the crime thriller comedy 'Blackout,' following the success of '12th Fail.' While the actor is currently enjoying parental bliss in his life, Blackout's film's teaser has recently been released to much acclaim.

Penned and helmed by debutant director Devang Bhavsar, 'Blackout' promises to offer audiences a fresh perspective on Massey's acting prowess. Bhavsar expressed his admiration for Massey's professionalism, stating, "Vikrant was very professional. He is a trained actor I got to learn a lot from him given it's my first film."

He was always in his character Lenny, the moment he stepped outside his van. He is an actor who comes with a lot of hard work and homework before coming on the set. He is a director's delight. 'Blackout,' presented by Jio Studios in association with 11:11 Productions, features an ensemble cast including Mouni Roy, Sunil Grover, Instagram sensations Karan Sonwane & Saurabh Ghadge, Jisshu Sengupta, Chhaya Kadam, Prasad Oak, and Ruhani Sharma. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande under Jio Studios and Niraj Kothari under 11:11 Productions, the film is slated for release on June 7, 2024, exclusively on Jio Cinema.
