Vijay Varma asks the media to 'leave the grieving family alone' amid Malaika Arora’s father demise

Malaika Arora and her family conducted the final rites of her father, Anil Mehta, on Thursday, September 12. The entire Khan family and many close friends of the actress were present at the Santacruz crematorium, offering their support to the mourning family.
Following Varun Dhawan, Vijay Varma recently criticized the paparazzi and urged them to 'give the mourning family some space' during Malaika Arora's father, Anil Mehta's passing.
The actor from IC 814 The Kandahar Hijack recently hopped onto his X and Instagram stories to share a post. In a brief yet powerful message, he condemned the paparazzi and requested them to respect the grieving family's privacy. This occurred during the sad passing of Malaika Arora's father, Anil Mehta.
In the tweet, Vijay Varma wrote, "Please leave the grieving family alone.. it’s not easy anyway for them. Thoda toh grace rakho media walon (Have some grace media people) (accompanied by folded hands emoji)."

The Baby John actor expressed his dismay, educating the paparazzi by saying, "It is the most insensitive thing to point cameras in the face of people who are grieving please."
"Please consider what you are doing and how it affects those in mourning. I understand it's your job, but remember that people might not be comfortable with this," he added further.
Malaika Arora's father, Anil Mehta, passed away on Wednesday morning. In the evening, the actress posted an official statement on her social media handle on behalf of her entire family.
It read, "We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear father, Anil Mehta. He was a gentle soul, a devoted grandfather, a loving husband and our best friend. Our family is in deep shock by this loss and we kindly request privacy from the media and well-wishers during this difficult time. We appreciate your understanding, support and respect. With gratitude, Joyce, Malaika, Amrita Shakeel, Arhaan, Azaan , Rayyan, Casper, Axl, Duffy and Buddy."
On Thursday, September 12, the last rites of Malaika's father were held at the Santacruz Hindu Crematorium in Mumbai. Many industry members, including Arbaaz Khan with his wife Sshura Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and her husband, Saif Ali Khan, stood in support with the actress during this challenging time in her life.
